I am very disappointed with my experience.
Yesterday I placed an order, but the shipping address was not updated correctly and was set to Ecuador by mistake. I immediately tried to contact customer support through the live chat, but it was impossible to get any help.
If the order is sent to Ecuador, no one will be able to receive it. I urgently need the shipping address to be corrected to Germany or, alternatively, a full refund.
So far, I have received no response or solution. I hope this review helps get proper attention and customer support, because this situation is very frustrating.

Don‘t trust the vegan label
Unfortunately you can not trust if a product says it‘s vegan, you have to check the ingredients‘ list, because they put vegan label on products with animal sources in them. Big disappointment.

Delivery was fast. Although marketing is misleading. They’re selling matcha as of the highest quality, however I’ve received pretty low grade matcha. If it’s regular matcha don’t market it as ceremonial high grade one. They didn’t post my evaluation of the product publicly as well probably to keep a good score in their website. Not a good look and not a trustworthy seller.

I've placed an order and unfortunately matcha tea was not in stock after that. I've contacted support via live chat and asked for the solution. A very friendly support offered two separate deliveries, first I got supplements that were in stock and two weeks later also matcha tea. I am also very satisfied with the quality of products.
