This is 100% SCAM

This is 100% SCAM. They sell an item with guaranteed full refund for any reason and refuse to provide a refund except or 10-20% of purchase price on the grounds that the package they shipped to you (delivered mid-March) has been merely opened. Not damage or used. Just opened. Also, they falsified the date of my order by moving it backwards from February to October and November! Ridiculous. They will not provide an address for returns. I doubt I'll get a cent back from them. They are affiliated the Grand Bazaar. Super scam.
