Same gripe as everyone else recently, order stating shipped / collected by courier over 10 days ago, no updates since. Emailed via the sloggi website for an order update, no response. Called customer services, who confirmed it hadn't been shipped and they would escalate my case. I told them it seems lots of people going through this at the moment and it wasn't a great service. I enquired into a refund if I got no answer from the escalation team (given no idea of timeframe they would contact me back) - very vague customer services call. Just awful service.

Ordered underwear over a week ago and still have not had a delivery update! Called them to follow up for a second time and the customer service was not helpful at all. I was informed it had been held in customs so I requested the order was cancelled and refunded to which they stated they could not refund the order until the item was back with them or provide a definitive delivery date.

Placed an order for a bra, did not receive any updates or any response to my messages asking why my package was still awaiting despatch over a week later. Tracking stated courier waiting for the package. I then called customer services, they were no help at all. Told me to contact the courier, Royal Mail. I explained that according to the tracking information, Royal Mail were still waiting to receive the package. I could get no real sense from them at all. Received a refund via PayPal. Avoid.

The latest Sloggi Knickers I purchased in 2026 are absolute Rubbish Compared to the Sloggi of Old!

I bought a 2 Pack of both Sloggi Maxi & Hikini. The Maxi Knickers already have holes around where the Rim is sewn on + Others after only 2 or so wears!

Sloggi are unfortunately going to Cheaper Manufacturing; Materials & Quality unfortunately😢

Hence why they always seem to be on Special these days!!

I ordered in excess of £60 worth of items and 3 days later was informed that they’d all sold out. Having now read the reviews I’m concerned about being charged. Shambolic.

I have been buying slogging briefs for years. I bought some 5 months ago and they are already falling apart. Some pairs that are 6 years old that I still have are in a similar condition. They have gone downhill and not worth the money.

Bought Sloggis for more years than I care to remember but the quality has nosedived. Bought some from Amazon and wondered if they were fake so went back to buying direct...same issue. They go into holes within a few washes. No more at that price. M&S not as good as original Sloggi but you can get 2 packs if 10 for not much more than a 3 pack of Sloggis. I'm done with them.

Disappointed to find Sloggi underwear , full briefs - size 18 are not made to size - at least one size smaller and material is very different to previous purchases.
Material and cut very different . Can’t take them back - not as advertised not at all comfortable , wasted a considerable amount of money on this product

Bought 8 pairs hikini size 18 in new colours just out.
I'm sure they're not size 18!. Have measured them against my others .. they're smaller and I can hardly get them on.
Size 16 AT BEST
Material awful...feels thin in fact you can see through them.
Waistband too thin. Theyve changed the width. Cuts into your stomach
Don't buy the new colours. The quality and sizing aren't true and you will be very disappointed as am i

I bought the Sloggi Basic+ Soft Bra. The fit is fine, but it feels like it’s made of sand paper. I forced myself to wear it for a few hours to see if I could get used to it. With every passing minute, my suffering increased until i finally removed it and threw it in the trash. And I’m on a very tight budget, so I’m not a very picky. I usually put up with inferior products without complaining because beggers can’t be choosers. Well, i have at least enough self respect to refuse the torture of wearing a Sloggi bra.

Love their bra.
I'm very sensitive and I just can't stand traditional bra anymore, with them I finally found something comfortable who doesn't mark my skin, I'm really in love with their "zero feel" thingy I ordered the same in several colors

I have been a purchaser of Sloggi Maxi Ladies Briefs, probably for 20+ years. I have recently bought 2 sets (3 items to a set) of these, one in black, one in white via Amazon. I am most disappointed with Sloggi. The latest packs lack suitable elastication around the waist, they just roll down, which is makes them not fit for purpose and unacceptable. These items are not cheap-- over £80 for 6 pairs of briefs. I sent an email request for advice/ information or refund, and they just dismissed me and told me to contact Amazon, who I had purchased through! The issue is not with Amazon, it is with Sloggi. Very dissatisfied!

Ordered what I thought was two pairs of knickers and turns out you only get one pair even though the photo shows two and customer service confirmed two.

They will not honour this and have said to return the delivery if not wanted.

Terrible customer service will never order again.

0 stars if it was an option. Placed an order on the 30/07/25. Received order confirmation and then nothing updated. Called customer services the following week as delivery date was missed and no up dates. Only to be told I need to wait 10+days as it could be delayed from Germany. Called yesterday to cancel order. This took over 10 minutes as she needed to look into my order. I could hear other calls in the background. She said my order hadn’t even left the warehouse, no apology but she did offer a refund. Refund accepted. Please don’t place any orders as you’ll be wasting your time.

Do not buy the knickers! I wasted nearly 30 quid (8 pairs)! FOR SENSITIVE PEOPLE- THE GUSSET IS NOT 100% COTTON (as with most knickers these days). IT STILL HAS ELASTANE IN IT, WHICH CAN BE PAINFUL!!!
ALSO I ORDERED XS AND EACH PAIR COULD EASILY FIT 2, OR 3 OF ME!!!
COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.
BACK TO M & S ME THINKS!

Bought 2 pairs. After washing one pair and finding it too tight I compared it to the unwashed pair. They were now inches shorter and narrower. What a waste of money.

my sloggi bras are very comfortable and supportive
however
both have have fallen apart at the seams.
will think twice before purchasing again.

Can’t fault Sloggi I ordered a bra for my Mrs and of course it was the wrong size.
Returned it on the Thursday full refund was in my account on Friday absolutely brilliant. Mrs said it was really nice material so my experience has been very different from others it seems.

Bought two body’s a short and a bra (zero feel bliz). All at different stores.
Size is good, quality is good.
Perfect fit. I love sloggi

Have been very satisfied with Sloggi bras for a few years, unfortunately the last 2 of the 4 I recently purchased have come apart at the fused side seams. Very disappointing.
