Disgusting customer service and the most lack of communication I've ever experienced
Just don't bother using them, I really wished I hadn't.
They took our money for an order, they then refunded us the money with no confirmation as to why. A couple days later we got an order is on its way email, I called customer service who confirmed it had been refunded and the order was not coming. We ordered from somewhere else in the end. This morning they just charged us for it all again!
So poor, especially after confirming it wasn't coming and now has put us in a situation financially we'd rather not be.

No value for money, in fact commit to any amount and that's how much you will be throwing away. No goods no services at a huge cost. Avoid them at all cost.
I would have given NO stars but this is as low as I can go.
