Actually a really good experience
Actually a really good experience. Deposits of £450 and requested a withdrawal of £1000. Received the funds including verification of identity within 3 working days including bank holiday. While waiting for the withdrawal to be processed, you could be urged to cancel the withdrawal and continue playing and risk the money however, if you are patient then the withdrawal will come through.
Live chat have been pleasant and selection of games including sports betting are good(no in play cash out option though) all in all the experience has been decent.

If you have a gambling addiction then this site is dangerous. It has nothing in place to check your spending. They don’t have any daily or max spending limit settings, or anything to suggest they monitor your spending to check that you are in control. I have got myself into serious debt and have spent around 40k in about a year and a half sometimes a 1k at a time and not once did they check in. They also can be very slow at paying any winnings. I also have to question the rtp as on quite a few occasions I have spent £500 on games in a session and not got any bonus spins or any reasonable return. The 10p free spins you can get rewarded from time to time are a total waste of time literally and feel insulting. If you aren’t in control of your gambling then this will get you into serious financial difficulties.

They've took my £30 deposit and never returned it. A month ago I deposited £30, this has not appeared on my account and they said it takes 7 working days for bank transfers. After that period of time I contacted them and they said it has been rejected. After I sent bank statement they said they transfer my deposit back which will take 7 working days. After waiting that time money has not been returned to me. For last 10 days I've been contacting them every day and they've been escalating and re-escalating issue to relevant department without any results. Absolutely disgusting
