A lot of these negative reviews are just ridiculous as much as I’d like to go into how and why I’m gonna stay on subject… Slotomo is hands down one of the best sweeps casinos out there, verification took 3 or 4 business days which is average wait time but my redemption was submitted approved and the cash was in my account in under 24 hours. So fast!! Their game library has all the regulars plus more than a few new faces that I was very impressed with, their more than fair rtp is a breath of fresh air compared to the normal “give a little take a lot” attitude I’m seeing more and more lately from this industry. At the end of the day I’m giving Slotomo 5 stars only because I can’t give them 6.

Terrible
Redeemed 8 days ago and still haven't received my money. They send an email saying you will receive in 72 hrs. Have messaged customer support multiple times and haven't received a response.
Update: After two weeks and having to jump through hoops to get verified I finally received my redemption.
