I have played over 500 online gaming sites over the last 5 years. This is one of the sites that gives me cause for concern.

I'd like the gambling commission to investigate how their "free spins" logic is applied on their custom built games; I suspect the RTP on these games are significantly lower than they should be.

Avoid.

I like the games on the site especially kicats! I was lucky and won on this game and was able to withdraw with no problems which has gained my trust with them as a lot of sites do try get you to play our your wins when you try to withdraw

Joined the site, deposited a few hundred pounds and been waiting 72 hours for a withdrawal to be processed and support are now not responding to my emails. They say there's a technical issue with processing withdrawals but seriously, 72 hours to fix an issue as crucial as this. I work in the gaming sector, this is unacceptable.

I was a member of jacksvegas before it closed down and slotser opened its doors. I won about 1400 euro I sent in my I'd then received my winnings couple days later with no fuss. Chat support is not rude mark Bennett is a gem. For any account to be suspended or shut down there would be sufficient reason. Keep up the good work slotser team and can't wait till slotser mobile arrises :-)))))

I won money on this account and have spend 3 months trying to get them to pay me. I have reported them to the gaming commission who say their hands are tied. Warning they just keep changing the rules to make sure they don't have to pay you. I was informed my Id was not sufficient so i spent over £50.00 getting the required id to be told they dont accept that id. (provisional license) they want a full license.???

And i also had to deal with the lovely Mark Bennett. :(
