No contact possible. No live chat and on email they react like ones a week. Also my account got blocked for no reason, only email I got back was that his college explained why I was temporarily blocked. But obviously I knew nothing, nothing was explained. My deposit was delayed so I got my 160 euro deposit today on my account but since my account got blocked I have no access to my money. It's like they did it on purpose to steal my money!!! Joined two months ago. First wins and they took 2 weeks to pay. Then i found one thursdayvyhey had taken 3 depisits from my account althought hadnt played in 36 hours. After over a month of talking to them they said i had done the transactions but they just didnt show till next day although every other transaction did . Every other casino deposits show straight away. Did get tranaction history from them but was a mess. It's the worst experience from my life as a gambler😥 I would like to describe in a few words, but is impossible.

Honestly the worse game play I've ever encountered! I've just done about 1000 spins on thunderstruck 2 and not had 1 bonus round at all. Had 100s of no wins and getting 5 of anything is near on impossible. I feel like they have got the good games to rope people in and that's about it, they then take everything. Received an email asking me to upload all sorts of personal documents, I uploaded them but blocked out certain parts as I wasnt comfortable giving them the full copies, but they got back to me (about 3 weeks later) to tell me this wasnt good enough so I asked them to just close my account instead, there are literally hundreds of casinos online that dont make it this awkward for their players to play so I asked them to close my account and they sent me a list of things I had to do to be able to close it, including sending them more personal info!

Have blacklisted them through my ISP and marked their emails as spam as its the only way I know of to block their site since they dont want to close my account without knowing what colour my underwear is!
