Ordered outdoor furniture for around 400€ that never arrived. It was ordered more than 1 year ago. Of course they stopped replying emails and calls many months ago. At the beginning we had a shipping number with an external company and it seemed the package was moving after a few months of the initial order. The package went to Barcelona and went back to Italy without any further communication.

Simply a scam.

This company is actually not a one star. I ordered two items in February and still have not received anything. I requested to credit my money back . No reply, phone numbers don't work. Do not order from this company !!!

Same as many folks - ordered an item in May, kept hearing that they were working on it, but nothing has arrived as of September. They don't answer the phone, or emails.

I made a very large order for my business - worth 7000€ (7 THOUSAND EURO) and never received it! They stopped answering my calls and my emails, and I never received my money back. Now I also need to pay for lawyers and make a legal action. Awful, awful, terrible, untrustworthy, cheating company. DO NOT ORDER from them!!!

Similar to others . Multiple e mails but now the e mails are being sent back. I love this design and just need to have it sent or refunded. I appreciate delays in supplies etc but I too am concerned that this is a fraudulent company.

I ordered two Kartell wall lights from this outfit in February 2022 €1150.00. Since then - and we are now in September 2022 - nothing despite chasing and speaking to them. ‘It’s on its way’ excuses. Now the number on their website no longer works. Keep away. This is a fraud.

Meantime I contacted Martinelli and got following advice:
18/07/2022 - „unfortunately Smart Home is not our customer, it has never cooperated with us, … ,  I advise you to ask for a refund immediately. I am very sorry I cannot help you in any other way.”

So far no money neither lamp despite all messages I sent.
Conclusion - stay away from thieves and liars!!!

Very bad experience with Smartissima who never delivers a lampadaire from Artemis. You have to avoid this site they are liars and thief’s. You should contact Google Amazon and Amex who are supporting this website. I have lost €840 with them. Never for ever to use them again ! Should be named Liariassima or Thievissima!!

Fraud!
After promises in a row. Silence! No replies. No nothing! No delivery of ordered goods. No money back. No excuses anymore. Liars.

Please don’t buy anything with them. The worst company I have ever bumped into. Their lack of clarity about delivery times makes me proceed with a reimbursement request. Unfortunately, I am still waiting to receive my money back. Their customer service is absolutely ridiculous.

By far and without exaggeration the worst customer experience I had ever online.
Before placing my order (a floor lamp) I checked with the shop if the delivery time was correct (20 days based on their website).
After placing the order I waited few months of delays and excuses to finally be told that the product was not available any more.
Since Feb.22 I´m trying to get the refund but I haven´t still received. I only get again excuses and delays after 5-6 months just to process a simple refund.

I ordered on 28.January (ordine #300002428), in 11 March I asked for delivery, they wrote it will be sent next week. But I don#t get anything, and wrote and asked one more time in 4. May. Then they told me the product is out of production and will give me refund. But I still don't receive any refund, today I write on Trustpilot, I don't receive any refund, this shop is cheater and just want to steal your money. I hope my writting can help somebody.

I placed an order in February. They told me that the delivery time is 20 days. Now it is June. I still have no clue that when my lamps will come. The total amount is over 3000 euro! I am trying to ask for a refund but no reply at the moment. I think they are trying to steal money from the customers! Really annoying!!!

We placed an order on 15/04/2022 for two lamps. I should say all my messages reclaiming the information regarding the order was answered quite quickly. In each message they told me " next week it will be delivered". I am still waiting if their promise comes true. Looking through the other reviews I have my doubts=(. I hope it will help other users to make a better decision.

It is a scam. They will reply to your mails but they won't deliver. Hope this helps.

One star as I can't put less

Awful experience from the beginning to the end:
1. Paid with Amazon pay therefore, there was no follow up of the order, neither on Samrtissima nor on Amazon. I had no news about my order during at least 2 to 3 weeks = delivery time
2. Received finally the product, a toaster Bugatti Volo however, it never worked
3. Contacted Smartissima to know how to send it back and, after another 2 weeks of very time consuming e-mail conversations, I still didn't get the instructions to send the product back for refund.
At the end of the day, I've spent a lot of money, time and energy for a product that doesn't work and with a company, Smartissima, that shouldn't be allowed to sell on Internet.
I hope it will help future visitors of Smartissima.

A nightmare with a mockery outline led by Mrs. Anna Maria Marzano. 4 months informing that they will deliver the product but nothing happens.

The customer always has to ask for status. The worst part is that she doesn't return the money. She keeps saying she will refund but nothing happens.

A film somewhere between a scam and a total lack of respect for the customer.

Stay away from this fraudulent company. In December 2021 I have placed order of two lamps (Cicla) in the high amount. The company has not placed order with the manufacturer (ITALAMP) as I was communicating directly with the producer. The producer itself says that 15 days are sufficient for the delivery while online store says 60 days. Obviously they took the money, and now 3 months after I’m still without lamps and have revoked the order. They keep ignoring it and not refunding me. This fraudulent company should be blacklisted!!

Like most people in this feed, I bought a couple of light fittings that were never delivered. At first they fob me off with feeble excuses, then they didn't even answer my emails any more. How can this company operate with such impunity?

I ordered a lamp more than 3 months ago, during which no communication and update were given. Sent an email one month ago asking for update and was told the lamp would be sent the following week. No it never arrived. Sent another email last week, was told the item had been shipped, but no tracking number was available to share for the time being. Now I’m leaving the country soon and will have no way to receive it (IF IT EVER ARRIVES!!!)

I just feel they are bullllshiiiting and lying all the time. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY/WEBSITE. I will report this to my credit card company.
