Stealing money from bank account…
This is first time in my life in Sweden a company admits and pays back stolen money from my bank account.Without my knowledge while i was having surgery,they withdrawned significant ammount of money from my card,and after several exchanged emails and screenshots from my bank account,they pay back the money.

A really bad company
A really bad company, bluffing their way to money.
A parking attendant working for the company told me i had done something wrong by my car, i fixed it and he drove away.......one and a half months later a letter from a debt collection agency arrives............

The worst customer service
The worst customer service I contacted. They gave me wrong information several times. The only thing they are good at to get money by their very unfair procedure in their useless app. After you pay no one care about you. Never use their service.

All what they care about is getting as much money as they can from customers even with very twisted ways. Never gonna use this service again. No wonder most of their parking slots are always empty, once you use their parking service you regret and decide that you would never use it again.

An app which no one should trust
An app which no one should trust, it didn’t show anywhere in app or parking lot that it costed 100kr per hour, it only showed 10kr after kl17(or18, don’t remember). Otherwise we have choices not to choose their parking lot. It was not popular area, the popularast area in Göteborg does not charge for 100kr/ h, since this SmartPark is not serious, I am afraid they could charge as high as they want.It feels this app fool money. Please avoid this app or be very careful if you insist on using it. Anyhow I will not use it any longer and I will report it to consumerverket
