Really disappointing service. I was told my offer had been accepted by the vendor only to be told three weeks later via automated email that they'd accepted someone else's offer. Expected to pay a 3% fee up front with no terms for getting this back should sale flal through Unprofessional throughout. Wouldn't recommend.
