My husband was looking for a new car. He bought his last one from SMC and was so pleased with the service he wanted to use them again.
He came home and mentioned the salesperson Dee and that she actually listened to him and offered some great options. The next day my car was written off. I needed a new car urgently and had quite specific criteria. I also have minimal knowledge of cars and feel intimidated when trying to chose a new one. I called in and asked for Dee who exceed expectation in finding my replacement vehicle and made the process very painless.
I have recommended Dee to friends and work colleagues who aren’t car people but want to feel at ease when buying a car

Brilliant Service from Shah at SMC Ford, Slough. Nothing was too much trouble, his help and guidance through the whole process was faultless. Really pleased with the car and the package Shah sorted out for us, would definitely recommend.

If you want to spend the rest of your life hanging on the phone or waiting for a call back this is the place. Communication is diabolical. My vehicle has been in there for three weeks and I still can't get a simple answer to the question, is it ready?
When you do get through they just tell you it will be looked at at a time and date and you hear no more. Takes them 20-45 minutes to answer the phone.
I would never ever put a vehicle in there again!

7 days to fix a parking sensor. My car developed a fault with a parking sensor with the car just over a year old. Yes it was done under warranty but very little contact was made from them to me to keep me informed, i had to do the chasing. There phone system is done over wifi probably to save a few quid but the quality of the car was terrible. Was told after the 3rd day the sensor been ordered so when I said dont forget to paint the guy at the other end said you want it painted !! So they were going to leave me with 1 black sensor on a car which has them painted, shocking. Well they ordered the paint then it was we got nobody here to do that sort of thing again not my problem. So after 7 days I finally got the car back but it was disgusting dirty. I really couldnt be bothered with a argurment but its poor service all round

Collected my car today. Have received a fantastic service all the way through from order to receiving it. I have been kept informed all the way through the process. Thank you so much Alex & Shah for your help ! Highly recommend both of you. Della Padden

Such a Great experience from start to finish.

Juliette Thomson and her colleagues all greated me with a smile and a hello.

I felt comfortable being a lone woman in a garage.

I was offered access to the free tea and coffee while I waited for my car to have its MOT.

In just under an hour Juliette informed me of a couple of advisory notes, brakes nearing the need for changing but no pressure to book in and do straight away.

This is my 2nd Visit to SMC Ford and both times I have felt confident to trust these guys are doing a great job and not trying to make me have unnecessary work done just to make money.

I would highly recommend this garage for servicing, MOT winter checks and much more

Ford Uxbridge are a stellar dealership. We've used them a number of times, most recently to buy a second hand car for my younger daughter. Sophie is such a pleasure to deal with it was a delight each visit or contact. Clearly someone who very much enjoys what she does and she smiles through everything.
