6 months post transplant. Super pleased with my progress so far. Smile hair clinic have been amazing every step of the way.
My hairline is visibly thicker and my crown area is a lot more covered than it used to be.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Smile Hair Clinic. The whole team was professional, friendly, and made the process feel really comfortable from start to finish. The clinic is super clean and organised, and everything ran smoothly on the day.
A special thanks to Aysenur as well for being so supportive during the post-op process and regularly checking in throughout recovery.
I’m only early into recovery but so far I’m really happy I chose Smile, and very excited to see the final results once my hair grows in. Definitely recommend for anyone considering a hair transplant.

By far the number 1, best hair transplant clinic in Turkey!
From the moment I got off the airplane to the moment they dropped me back off to fly home, I experienced service on a level you don't find very often these days. Every single employee I met was extremely kind and gracious. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in.
The doctor and his team were incredibly skilled and did a great job.
I should also mention that I did A LOT of research in trying to find the best clinic in Istanbul. Smile Hair Clinic ranked 1st or 2nd on review sites I checked.
I had this done less than a month ago, but the hair is already growing in, and I can tell it's going to be great. I already want to go back to this clinic to get a second transplant focusing on my crown.
I have two other friends who had the same procedure at Smile Hair Clinic, and they are as thrilled as I am.
If you are thinking about getting a hair transplant, stop thinking about it and contact Smile Hair Clinic. You will be amazed at how fair their pricing is and the level of excellent work they do.

I’m now 14 months post op and results…
I’m now 14 months post op and results are barely visible. I was told 2nd operation needed for density however I expected way more hair. They followed up on 3,6 and 12 months and they were reassuring the results are very promising.
Very disappointed with the results
UPDATE : contacted me on the 22nd of May ,15 of July absolutely no follow up as of yet

Had my hair transplant at SMILE Hair…
Had my hair transplant at SMILE Hair Clinic with Dr. M. Reşat Arpacı involved in the planning, hairline design and channel opening process, and overall I’m happy with the decision so far.
What stood out to me compared to other clinics was the more conservative and long-term focused approach regarding donor management and realistic graft planning, instead of simply pushing maximum graft numbers.
In my case, 3,500 grafts were taken from the scalp donor area, around 500 from the beard and approximately 750 from the chest in order to preserve the donor area as much as possible. The surgery day itself was definitely fast-paced and highly optimized, but the medical team felt experienced and organized throughout the process, and recovery has been smooth overall.
I’m already very happy with my current result at around 4 months post-op ( is usually only around 30–40% of the final result) in terms of the progress and the natural direction of the hairline so far.

Excellent clinic! All the staff are true professionals with extensive experience. They do their work with confidence and sharp, honed skills. I received a very warm welcome upon arrival.
