Dear Tobias,

you are mentioning yourself that the rules of our parking service is to leave the keys, so our drivers may relocate your car to our external parking lot. However, by not wishing to fulfil this condition, you have opted for a VIP parking service without handoff of the keys and paid the difference. The relocation of the cars is controlled by the airport parking lot and we have to act accordingly.

With over 15 years in the market, we serve thousands of customers per month, please do not let a few emotional reviews guide your decision.

Because you chose not to fulfill this requirement, you opted instead for our VIP Parking Service, which allows you to keep your keys. The price difference you paid reflects this premium service.

Vehicle placement and transfers at the airport are strictly regulated, and we must operate in accordance with those rules. Regarding the remark about your vehicle, we sincerely apologize if a comment was misunderstood, as we treat all customers and their property with the highest level of respect, regardless of the vehicle model.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to address the points you raised based on our records and vehicle inspection:

• Regarding the vehicle condition: Upon arrival at our facility, our intake inspection noted that the car arrived with heavy road dirt. Our detailed high-resolution intake photos show that the scratches on the front right door and rear bumper were already present prior to you handing over the keys. It is very common for pre-existing surface wear to only become noticeable to an owner after the vehicle changes environments or is inspected closely.

• Regarding the charging: We apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the charging level. As our facility currently utilizes standard charging infrastructure rather than a high-speed Supercharger, fully charging high-capacity batteries like a Tesla's takes considerable time. We regret that we were only able to deliver the vehicle back to you only at 60%.

• Regarding the cleaning: Since our records show a discrepancy regarding the completion of the cleaning service, we want to ensure you are fully taken care of.
