I cant believe their website is still open and offering products when it is clear to those who are reviewing this company that they are out of business. You will not get your money back if you order off them. no correspondence, no explanation, no money back. Corrupt and sickening little b's.

Does anyone know of any ways to go about getting money refunded from these cowboys? I ordered directly from them on 12th Dec and still haven't received my photobooks, paid just over £60 for them too! Any info would be great thanks.

After reading the reviews of the above company, I felt people should have the opportunity to read and hopefully understand that yes, not getting your photo book order(s) is terrible, out of order, paid money for items not received and unable to contact anyone at said company is disappointing, a disaster etc etc.... Now! please consider the staff, who are hardworking, care about their jobs/work that they do had NO idea what was going on and were just told not to turn up to work (full stop). They are UNEMPLOYED!!!!!!

Ordered photobook in November through Wowcher and ordered extra upgrade through Smiley Hippo, hoped to receive it for Christmas, but got an email from them saying be patient and money off coupon for future orders. No photobook received by 22nd January, so contacted Wowcher who refunded my money immediately. Very disappointed as photobook took long time to do. See their site is still open even though I have read comments saying they have had Bailiffs in.

Same as everyone else have used in past and have been fine. Now had no xmas presents for relatives, wasted time etc... Wowcher said didn't think gone bust and have emailed for me - not holding my breath!

Ordered 3 books through WowCher for christmas, have not arrived and am now not expecting them. Has anyone had a refund from WowCher yet? Presumably everyone will have to go through the laborious process of chasing through them before they will return money & many wont bother.

On Dear after reading people reviews i will not be getting my two photo books looks like i have to claim some money back from credit card company.

I am disgusted with wowcher for letting people spend money with them they must have known of the complaints back in November 18.

Wowcher sort this mess out or you will loose customers.

I came across the site through Wowcher. Created and ordered my calendar with photos that they now have on 1st January 2019. I have not received it and attempts to contact them have failed. I am contacting trading standards as I would not want any more victims to lose their money, precious photos which they now have access to and time spent creating the product. Please do not buy from Smiley Hippo!!!!!

Bought a calendar on 3rd December as a Christmas present and despite several emails I am still waiting. It is now 4th February! The telephone number is unmanned. There is either no answer or it is permanently engaged - which I believe is probably other unhappy customers trying to chase up their orders.
Steer clear of this company. Do not buy from them. SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT AND SADLY SO IS THE PRODUCT.

Please can anyone help? I've spent a reasonable amount of money on an order I placed beginning of December and im still waiting for my order which took me hours and hours of sleepless nights to complete for my daughters memory book - over 3000 pictures individually edited and cropped to make into this book. Will I actually receive this? I'm crying at the thought that my hard work has gone into the abyss. I have used this company 3 times before so I trusted and had no doubt that my hours creating and anadoting the book would be an investment. No answer on phone or replies to my emails. If I ask for my credit card to refund me will my book be deleted to never be and the hours I spent turning it into a lifetime of memories from old negatives/aps be lost? Help if you know more.

I only came on to the site by chance, as I had ordered a calendar through Living Social. The code would not work so I asked for my money to be refunded. I then purchased the calendar direct through Smiley Hippo. I am still waiting. I have been online several times to check the status and it is still saying 'in production'. I am so annoyed. I am fed up of being scammed and I will no longer be using these discount websites as they do not do what they promise. In addition to this. although the payments are made to them directly, they take no responsibility and never want to return your money. If I hadn't decided to check out the reviews I would never have known that the company had closed down. I suppose I have to kiss goodbye to my money. It's absolutely disgusting.

Well thats 8 days of my life wasted making 3 photobooks. Ratbags didnt take my money until after they knew they were going down the pan. Any clever person reading this know how to get the made-up books on my PC transferred to another manufacturer then Im listening...think most people here would like to know if it can be done.

Why are these people not honest with there customers. Suggest you try to claim your money back through living social, etc or your credit card company as you will not be getting anything

If i could leave no stars i would. I am extremely angry and upset as like many other people i ordered 2 photobooks on 01/12/2018 for xmas presents and a further 2 photobooks on 13/12/2018 which i was not expecting to be delivered before xmas due to the late order. However 32 working days later i am yet to receive them and by reading other reviews it sounds like it is highly unlikely i will get my order. I have used smiley hippo many times over the last couple of years with no problems and have in-fact recommended them to people. It appears that i like many others have wasted money and valuable time. I have tried contacted them via telephone, emails and on line chat to no avail. I now know why.

Also adding to the terrible service. I have sent more than a few emails regarding my purchase on the 2nd December and with no avail I still have not spoken to anyone about not receiving my order. It is disgusting that wowcher promote companies like this. I will be thinking again before ordering anything through wowcher again.

Sorry a refund is hardly good enough, when someone has taken hours to produce a photo album as a Christmas present and its now 15th Jan and Nothing,

Placed order on 28/11/18, called a number of times we 17/12/18 and the line was constantly engaged.
Didn’t receive the item for Christmas,
Emails several time and had 1 reply so far to,say they are very busy and the orders will be despatched ASAP. Now 14th January and still no order, wowcher don’t want to know either, just tell you to contact the supplier even though the payment was made through wowcher

The company has been closed down. Google their address and main company 2m print comes up which states online it’s been closed down by the court.

AVOID!! - I can only reiterate what others have said. I am now contacting Livingsocial and my credit card company to get my money back. If you paid by credit card then your credit card company should reimburse you if you call them.
Smiley hippo don't reply and I am still owed calendars from last year. What's more worrying is that both living social and smiley hippo are still taking money, but not delivering goods.
It looks like this business may of gone bust!!!
