I'm compelled to share this because one of your employees, Reyna Sharrar, who publicly identifies with your company, has left a false and damaging review about my business that has already been proven to be inaccurate with clear supporting documentation.
This individual was verbally abusive, manipulative, and unprofessional toward myself and my team. Despite our efforts to maintain professionalism throughout, the same courtesy was not extended. And while we hoped the situation would end with resolution, they’ve continued to publicly misrepresent the truth, knowingly.
Here’s the deeper concern: when someone acts this way while representing your company, they don’t just speak for themselves, they become a direct reflection of your organization’s culture, values, and ethical standards.
If this is how your employee behaves in professional settings, leveraging false claims, mistreating others, and continuing to spread misinformation even after being proven wrong, it raises real questions about what your company chooses to stand behind.
I would welcome the opportunity to share with your HR or leadership team so you can make an informed decision about how your brand is being represented to the public.
