My kids changed my password and for almost a month straight now I have emailed and call several times with no response from tech support DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM SMOK THEY WONT HELP YOU RESOLVE ISSUES
Don't buy anything from SMOK save your money!
I have owned so many different vapes from SMOK. I had their first ever low wattage salt nic vape. The novo. It was an amazing little vape. But as time went on it started misfiring. I have tried all of their nords and they suck! Over time the vape airflow chamber gets clogged. Also the device starts to not hold the pods right, new pods, and coils start to leak. I loved their rpm 80w vape, though. I also had their nord 25w vape it also leaked and had issues. I also had their rpm 25w vape I didn't even have the device for a year and their air flow chamber on the device got clogged. I tried googling and researching how to fix it, but found nothing. I even directly contacted them and asked what to do and never received a response. So I decided to go for the caliburn GK2. I had a different caliburn in the past and never had any problems. I just was wanting bigger clouds. But I will never go back to SMOK, save your money and buy from a different brand. SMOK doesn't even care about their customers, they just want your money.

Ipx 80 new pods are awful and disappointing
Smok put out a vape called the ipx 80 a long time ago now, and I just recently went into to pick up some new pods for the device.
And now they're pods that used to hold 5-6mls of juice now only hold 2mls! Not only does it make it hard to fill without overflowing all over yourself but the ipx being a device with such high airflow and strong wattage you're now filling you're vape at least 5+ times a day instead of what used to be 2 times a day! And I only use my device at 11 watts
So displeased with the new pods and honestly can't think of a reason why they would do this other then hoping that you won't notice how low you're juice is and burn you're coils!
I just can't make sense of filling g have the pods with rubber ..if anything it costs them money to add a bu ch of rubber yo a pod that had no issues

I had an issue with one of my smok mods contacted smok via email - spoke to a nice lady called Claire - she sorted out a replacement mod for me promptly and it arrived in UK after around 20 days - no issue with smok customer services - all good.

EVERY coil I have had to replace within 2 weeks. Leaks out between the bottom of the glass and the mod. THERE IS NO WAY TO TAKE IT APART. I shouldn't have to worry about the liquid leaking all over everytime, whether it be in the pocket or sitting on a car seat, staining the ever iving hell out of it. So thank you for the time I've TIME and MONEY ive wasted on the WASTEFUL PRODUCT.

I’m so disgusted with smok customer service I’ve purchased many vapes and this latest one leaks everywhere it’s ruined so many things not to mention the burning sensation i feel on my skin from the massive amount of juice that leaks I wasn’t told till after I purchased it it doesn’t come with a battery no problem I buy a battery. I reached out to customer service and was told I shouldn’t have purchased a fake vape and gave me useless information which I responded that I purchased from a reputable supplier and I have the box and could provide any info needed to which they responded well we hope you have luck with the vape shop you got it from I will NEVER buy another smok vape I will make sure to inform any and everyone how horrible the customer service is just rude and the products are horrible I’m seriously so disappointed . I understand they leak some but this thing leaks more juice than I smoke it’s stained so much of my stuff and get it on your skin it burns and irritates you. I should have read the reviews on SMOK prior to making a purchase Regretfully I did not. I purchase qty. 3 Smok Morph 2 from their distributer Breazy. None of them would turn-ON. This was a new product for SMOK and certainly is not yet ready for market, - (though still advertised on their site). There is a glaring error in the user manual that would have been corrected if it had been on the market for any time. Breazy has denied any help Smok make it impossible to get warranty. I guess that I am out $160. Stay away from both of these businesses.
Alright for the price
I've used multiple SMOK products over the years. They're really cheap and they work as intended for MOST of the time. Leaks, vapes dying after a year of using for no reason or coils getting burnt very easily. Still, pretty OK for the price, it works 95% of the time, it's just annoying when it doesn't.

My quick recommendation regarding the SMOK RPM2
Brilliant vape for all and my only bad criticism on this vape is the two silicone side air hole reducers that fall out upon there own free will (a drop of silicone glue solved this issue ....
But apart from that it's a great vape, with great battery life and very long lasting coils
Good looking RPM85
I like the looks of the RPM4 60watts also the RPM80 is beautiful!! The screen and buttons are nice good looking and easy to use. But, seriously wanted to love everything about all of my Smok devices and gave them 3 tries! I understand coil leakage yes most vapes leak but man never have I ever had to fill my RPM85 7ml tank 3 times in a day. Purchased 3 weeks ago and after today I’m going back to my RPM4. It does leak less if I keep an eye on coil seating of the o ring. I’m hoping they fix the coils soon and my next purchase of my RPM3 0.15 ohms coils they will fixed the coils. I’d love to give 4 stars and will give 5 when coils are better.

Smok is suposed to be a reputable manufacturer of vaping units. I have now bought 3 and every single one leaks juice into my pockets, I thought it was just the tank design, but three different types which cost £160 altogether all had the same issues. Still got them deciding what to do with them. Shop won't take back so stuck with them If I had a word of advice it would be: "avoid at all costs" they are terrible design and will ruin your shirt or whatever pocket you put them in as the fluid is a nightmare to remove.

All of these bad reviews are correct. Had nothing but bad experiences with this brand. Leaky, coils burn out quickly, glass breaks easily. Don't buy from this brand, please. Just a waste of money and time.
Horrible customer service
Their products are awful they always send the worst available alternative, the hallmark of cheapskate cowboys. When I asked for a replacement after the first one broke down, they sent me one with a different colour to the one I wanted. When that one broke down as well after another 3-4 months, they refused to replace it because they said I was out of my 6 month guarantee since I bought the first one more than six months ago! The online verification for registering the bought product is impossible to use for any normal person - probably another deliberate ploy to trick people out of their rights to any consumer protection. Avoid like the plague and save yourselves a lot of stress and wasted time and effort.

Second geek morph 2 burnt out over night. Timed out and won't work again. They are a fire risk. I'm getting a refund to buy another decent vape. Avoid buying from smok it's all rubbish and dangerous
Worst customer service ever
Device faulty, won’t let me claim on warranty, despite being eligible. The customer service is slow, they only reply every three days and after a month I am still trying to sort this out. I’ve asked this to be escalated, but been ignored at least 6 times now! I’m pretty sure only one person named Amber works there, and her service is shocking. If you too see Amber at amok support, more than likely I am correct. Okay products, but terrible, terrible customer service. Should be very simple to use the products warranty. Spoiler: it’s not.
