Fault on mine for months and Had Difficulty Getting it fixed 7- 8 months and then no one told me it was Fixed. Had to ask other Members before knowing they could see my photos and read my Profile. Also a lot of texts I have sent do not get Delivered and 75 % unread Why is this Happening

I have been on and off with Smooch for several years. For a FREE site it has no competition. It is BRILLIANT. I have met several women on here and, from what I can deduce, Smooch information is generally true. You get what is described.

Wouldn't be without SMOOCH.

From the moment i logged on for the first time , never had a problem navigating the site , contacting members , or just hanging in the chat room. Plus all of it's free !!

I have been on many dating site and it has been a waste of time but so far smooch dating has been great so far would recommend this site to every one I know

I've had a handful of dates via this site. I have rated as 4 stars with good reason. It's always nice to see that somebody has taken an interest in me, but sometimes I find that the location is a total mismatch. I see no point in trying to start a friendship and beyond with somebody who lives outside reasonable dating distance, which for me is 40 miles. I've also found that on occasion, there is also a huge age difference, and that many of the people trying to contact me have cloned identities. I simply block them if I become suspicious of their motives. Other than that, a superb site.

Since joining the site 10 weeks ago I have found the site to be extremely easy to use and extremely informative.

I think smooch is a great because you get to meet new ppl. You not bombarded with constant messages. There's so many options to choose from in the way you want to chart and you get the support from the smooch team

Was automatically resubscribed after an offer which said it would not be. On getting in contact it was very unhelpful and cancellation was refused. I would have thought customer service would be better as you need to keep the customers on board. Experiences with people on the site have been good though. I would suggest automatic subscription is changed.

Cant fault the site good for meeting new people and chatting brilliant experience.

Hard to navigate.not sure how to message as non appear to go through

I really like this site but you do have to be careful and always meet in a public place,everyone is so friendly on her and I rate it highly as its a great way of meeting someone.
