There are often issues with listening in on calls. There should be a feature to allow different numbers to be assigned to different apps. The SMS automations should have more options.

This system has gone down 3 times in the past 2 weeks. I have ringless voicemail campaigns going out every day and I have not been able to answer inbound calls. I have no idea if im missing other calls from mail pieces because how many times this system has gone down.

SmrtPhone has made contacting my leads so much simpler for my team.
I also love the reporting I get I can see exactly how many leads my team has reached out to, how many they contacted etc.
Having this high level overview of operations has helped me close so many more deals and focus efforts in the right areas.
Their customer service is also world-class. I can't recommend them enough!

Happy user
The system has improved significantly over the last two years. Click-to-call from Podio and automatic call recording have added an extra level of professionalism to our sales process.

Only thing worse than the dialer is the support
Dialer is buggy and missing such basic functionality (No redial really?) it's astounding smrt dialer has survived this long.
Calls drop, auto dialer stops auto dialing, the podio mapping is laughable at best and good luck getting campaigns loaded because despite claiming full podio integration basic functionality is missing and or broken.
When pressed about it the overseas support is no help and will only tell you they don't support whatever feature you are trying to use even if its referenced in their documentation. Support is designed to get you off their lines ASAP while actually providing little to nothing in the way of help. You can't speak to someone who actually understands the systems and integrations only someone who is designed to get you to go away.
Even their documentation links are broken and you have to use the wayback machine to even read about the features that should work but don't. They will try and gas light you that the features never worked and that you're using them wrong.
You will constantly get "an application error has occurred" voice messages and the dialer will drop calls. Which are frequent and of course are intentionally vague and useless for diagnosis of issues so that support can blame your equipment. "Try using a wired connection" (I am)
Ultimately when you reach your wits end and want to leave if you ask about a refund you will be stonewalled by their "Firm refund Policy"
"smrtPhone does not offer any refunds on credits purchased in the system or subscription payments. Your credits do not expire, so you’re free to keep them as long as you want, but there are no refunds if you decide to leave our system."
So basically understand going in that you are signing up for a severely broken systems that see very little in the way of fixes or updates with no useful support methods and no way to exfil any money you dump into this broken, disgraceful, worthless system.
DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT
You will thank me later.

Your marketing page says
Built with Podio in Mind
Our integration with Podio goes back many years – in fact, Podio was the first CRM we ever integrated with! smrtPhone was built to work out-of-the-box immediately, syncing your CRM with your phone system seamlessly.
And yet it doesn't support the basic feature of views.
Forcing clients to have the limited choice between ALL contacts in an app or none.
Perhaps you should educate yourself on the word "Seamless"
It's cool though. Made the switch to ready mode and while I had to change the implementation with podio around it at least works without an 8 second delay between when the person answers and I hear them and they aren't advertising integrations on the tin that are outright fabrications.
Nice to have a dialer that doesn't pick up just in time to hear your client hang-up.
You're right about one thing though. Your customer unfriendly refund policy does allow you to keep my $800 but I can promise you I will let enough people know about my experience that hopefully I will mitigate the amount of people you can scam with your inferior product.
I like that you chose to call it smrt phone.
because Smart certainly doesn't align with your product.

I highly suggest no one should use this…
I highly suggest no one should use this dialer platform ever. They are extremely expensive and are charging alot more per day for calls than I initially thought. In addition their multi line dialer is so buggy.
There are 4 to 10 second delays when connecting with a prospect.
The dialer will still dial all the numbers of a prospect even after its marked as a lead.
Their support never seem to know whats going on, and give you bland answers or ask you a bunch of questions. I really wanted this platform to work but I am going to move on before they bleed me and give little to no results.

If you want software that bleeds money…
If you want software that bleeds money from your bank account while not getting any conversations or pickups from a dialer then SmrtPhone is for you! For example, 1000s of calls made with no pickups and Smrtphone is charging me an average of $40 a day with two VAs calling.
They've always been expensive but at least it worked in the past. Now they are just straight robbing people. I will edit this post with an update on a dialer that works better.
Update: BatchDialer is so much better already, it's also way cheaper and the customer service is 100x better.

Very buggy software
Very buggy software. Calls drop. Mobile app doesn’t work well. Constant uninstall and install of the extension. Super frustrating to deal with but is the only system that integrates with our crm.

Frustrating to get started and Customer service is minimal help because you can't talk to anyone. You can only accomplish so much with a chat.
I think SmrtDialer is DIY set-up at its worst.
They give you these onboarding sessions that are worthless. They could save themselves the trouble and just send you an orientation video since that's all they are is a show-and-tell of the system's features anyway.
Time would be better spent by helping a person actually set-up the dialer to avoid wasting a lot of time and causing customer frustration.
I simply can't get the dialer to work the way I want it to. No fault of the technology. Huge fault of the way this company chooses to support customers...it's all via chat. There is a time to chat and a time to talk. Getting up and running on a platform is a time to talk.
I have used other dialers with a far better experience. The only reason i continue to stick with the platform is that it integrates well with another platform I use.
If it weren't for that, I would dump this.

Make the Customer Experience Easier
I think if you guys did a review on communication with customer service it would be helpful to review. I addressed on the intro call for example the major concerns with issues port numbers and the A2P registration issues that are pending that seems to be a very hard task to figure out with the customer service team. There has to be a better way to set up video calls or screen sharing to fix and solve some of these problems.
