Fantastic service and incredibly easy to set up!

Account Suspended Despite Double Opt-In
Our company account was suspended even though we were sending to double opt-in contacts. This was extremely disappointing, particularly for a business making a serious effort to follow proper email marketing and consent practices.
During our testing, we also found that inbox placement was noticeably worse than what we achieved sending through our own servers.
Based on our experience with the account suspension and overall deliverability, I would recommend businesses evaluate other providers before choosing this service.
Edit: The company has since issued our refund, which we appreciate.

We switched our SMTP email to SMTP2GO two years ago and couldnt be happier. Works flawlessly and easy to use. Works out of the box. Set it and forget it. I have no comparison to other services but dont know how they could be better.

SMTP2GO has scaled as my business has grown
I've been using SMTP2GO since my platform was a fledgling and I needed reliable e-mail delivery. It is really easy to set up, the logging is great and it was easy to scale my plan once I had outgrown the email caps on the basic plans. The activity history is really handy when people claim they never recieved an email and you're able to easily look up when it wsa delivered.
