Good communication from the start. Our snagger, John Corbey was excellent. Very professional, spent a long time inspecting every inch of our newbuild and was full of useful and interesting information. We would not hesitate to recommend him or the company and in fact we already have done!

Very professional company, helpful, easy to book and competitive price for an amazing survey.
Graham, the surveyor, was top, very experienced and with an eye for details, he explained the reasons for every issue he found, how it should have been done and how to approach the builder to fix it.
Very happy with the service, I truly recommend them and I will book them again to reinspect my property after the builder fixes the issues Graham spotted in his report.

I had an amazing experience, they offered me convenient time despite being relatively close of my completion date. When I arrived, Tony had already done one the outside of the address. They were efficient and efficacious, I felt they were thorough but didn’t take any longer than needed. Tony went above and beyond. They told me I would receive the report within 48 hours, yet I was lucky enough to only wait 24! I would highly recommend them

The report I received was extremely detailed, clearly highlighting all the issues – both big and small – which was exactly what I needed. The turnaround time was impressively quick too.

Cheree was really helpful throughout the booking process, as were the rest of the team. Rory, who carried out the survey, was excellent – he went above and beyond, and his attention to detail was second to none. The optional drone inspection was well worth it, as it revealed problems with the guttering that wouldn’t have been visible otherwise.

I first contacted the team last thing on a Friday afternoon before a bank holiday weekend when everyone probably wants to be heading home - but they took the time to go through things with me over the phone and explain their different services, so that made a great first impression.

The online booking system was easy to use, the report was clear and easy to understand and they turned it around within 24 hours as well.

Our site team have been happy with the report as well as it makes their life easy when working through the snags as they have a ready made list now!
