FRAUD. DO NOT PLACE ORDERS. Placed an online order just under $500. Received an email confirmation of the order, was charged this amount on my visa. A month later, no order was received. Emails are bouncing back. Website doesn't load. I was scammed. Dealing with my credit card company now to dispute order.

Be careful and don’t order! They are scammers. Bad customer service, months waiting, and you have to pay so much money to send the articles you bought back.

Run away.

Ordered a pair of shoes in December. It is now 30th March and I still do not have the order.
They keep saying it has been returned to them and they will resend. I said that I was sick of waiting and wanted a refund and they replied that it isn’t possible for hand made items.
I believe this company is a complete scam and I really wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering. Lesson learnt.

PLease do not buy anything in this Sneakerjeans website, it is a scam. I ordered $49.00 dollards shoes tennis it took more than 2 months to get it. I ordered U.S size #8 (40). They sent #43. I have been sending emails for a month they do not answer my 10 emails, finally someone answer and asked me to send pictures of the delivery I sent it back and they NEVER wrote back. I was asking for instructions to make the return. I never got any instruction. Literally they stole my money the merchandise is bad quality. PLEASE BE AWARE SNEAKERJEANSTHIS IS A SCAM.

I’ve ordered a pair of jeans a couple of years ago which were fine so I ordered another two pairs recently, well over 2 months ago now and they’re still not here.
They do reply to emails very quickly but they keep making new excuses to avoid giving me a refund. Even if I get my jeans at the end which I doubt now, I will never order from them again and suggest that everyone avoid ordering anything from them. NOT worth the hustle.

Please do not order of this site, waiting 3 months and nothing

Ordered 2 pairs of trousers, they ship the package after whole 2 months (im not over exaggerating). The package gets turned back to sender by post cause they cannot identify the address on it. I tell them about this they ask me for 19.99 euros for reshipping... for their mistake they ask me for more than double of the initial shipping price. I tell them I'm not paying that as its ridiculous. Anyways now they are completely ignoring me enjoying my 80 euros. Brilliant. Oh and the reviews on their site are fake as hell.

I ordered 2 time from this Chinese site first order they find my address second time they say they can't find my address, shhiiit site !!!

Well, I wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing. Take this as a warning that this has to have been the worst service I’ve ever received.

I purchased a pair of sneakers for my mother, for Mother’s Day. After a few days of not hearing anything, I emailed chasing. I received an email to say “your sneakers are custom, so we will notify when ready”. Not too bad I thought for custom sneakers.

A few more days passed.

Then I googled and found these reviews. I emailed them again chasing and said I’d read the reviews and was concerned. Then it started.

Aggressive emails. Them sending me screenshots of other peoples shipment information and threats with lawyers.

After giving it thought, I remembered seeing that the sneakers were in stock on the website (three pairs remaining I remember) which again made me think… how could they be in stock and be custom at the same time?

I again emailed, asking for clarification and for them to cancel my order.

I received poorly written responses and threats of legal action.

My bank have refunded me the money and have agreed to look into this as a fraudulent transaction, as I should be allowed to cancel the order.

It seems that, they’re trying to exploit a loophole in stating that it’s the customisation that you’re paying for, which is not refundable.

Complete pirates.

UPDATE 14th April. Another aggressive email received threatening to sue me for cancelling the order.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR A PAIR OF TRAINERS, NEVER RECEIVED AND WHEN I REACHED OUT TO THEM THEY DIDNT REPLY.

I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. Jeans look nothing like on the pictures and sizing is questionable too. Jeans didn't fit me and material is really poor. I don't recommend to buy from this website. I have already wrote 3 emails about return/refund and they don't respond. My order costed me 130€, don't make the same mistake I did and read reviews.

Don't buy from this website, they take your money and don't send you anything. Scam
