Be very aware of trading with this company and in particular Joe Spencer. Doesn't Pay their Suppliers and claim to not be trading as a company! Owe us nearly £8000 and continued trading via Dog Shows

Absolute fantastic quality. Fantastic service and brilliant beds👏👏

The quality of the dog bed is excellent - we use it in the boot of the car -
our dog jumps in and snuggles down and is happy to travel on long journeys.

I have received my dog cover and blanket. and she absolutely loves it ..
it is well made and worth the money x x

I have to say the dogs love the bed we brought. Not only were the products great but we also received a excellent service. And we have ordered a second one via the online site, then the blanket arrived almost the next day.

Met Sarah and Joe at paws in the park yesterday! There beds are absolutely amazing the dogs love them so much I bought one really big one and two small ones (to save my two dogs arguing over the beds) they are such a wonderful couple and gave me a great deal for buying a few beds. If I had the chance I would absolutely buy so much more from them! There beds are super comfy I even found the big one comfy to sit in myself (had to try it out) hope to see them again one day.
Amazing products and absolutely beautiful I’ve never seen beds like them. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
A massive thank you to them both! They are so helpful and kind as well!

I’ve always admired and loved the snoozzzeee dog beds, having had loungers in the past for previous dogs and friends also recommending them I knew I wanted one when I was on the lookout for a new bed for our lab. I’d been eyeing them up at a few dog shows so when I spotted them at Crufts and I had my husband in tow I took him to have a look, I didn’t need to convince him and we bought a bed from Crufts.

Joe and the team were brilliant in helping us choose the right bed for our Labrador, as I wanted something quite specific, a chat with Joe and we’d got the perfect bed.
Our lab loved it straight away, which then made my mum want one as well for her Labrador who was also on the look for a new bed. As crufts was over I sent a quick enquiry and a fast response was received from Sarah, followed by a call with Joe to confirm exactly what I wanted and to confirm all the delivery arrangements we had ordered the 2nd bed.
Both were super helpful, would highly recommend these beds, along with their great service!

Saw this company at Paws in the Park today in Ardingly asked about their beds and if they sold online and delivered as they didn't have the colour of the bed I liked at the show. The man at the stall said no they don't sell online and would only do an order if you called them but would charge £30 for delivery. Funny that when I came home they have a website and delivery was only £9. I don't like companies that tell porky pies!!! Beds looked lovely!!!

Excellent range of dog beds. Having discussed our requirements with Sarah for our Great Danes we chose the Deluxe loungers. Fabulous choice and service was exceptional. Thoroughly recommend Snoozzzeeedog beds.

I first bought a snoozeeedog bed in 2002 and have never found a better quality dog bed. I have had many of their styles and sizes over the years and all of my dogs (from GSD to Papillon) have loved them. They wash brilliantly and last for years.
The customer service is fantastic and Joe goes above & beyond to meet my dogs needs. I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough.

We first came across Snoozzzeee Dogs at the Knebworth Dog Fest in 2021 where we purchased one of their deluxe, reversible, washable oval beds along with an extreme waterproof lounger, and neverfull bag for our beautiful Saluki Meggie.
We’ve just been blessed with another rescue Saluki Zoe, so ordered some more products from this amazing company - there was a small hiccup with the order - their customer service is second to none…. On receipt of my email outlining the issue there was an immediate email response, outlining how this was to be resolved and this was then followed through with a personal phone call to check I was happy with the proposed resolution
I can’t recommend this company highly enough for both their products and customer service - thank you Joe and Sarah

I ordered a large sofa bed and paid upfront online for it.

I emailed for an update and they said that they were unable to supply the bed.

I asked them for a refund, which I’m still waiting for.

So now I’m in the dark.

Beware, this business may have cash flow issues, and might possibly go bust leaving small creditors high and dry.

Ordered 3 dog beds over a month ago NO BEDS no communication I have emailed and telephoned no reply
Terrible customer service
after writing this review I had an instant response calling me a liar for saying it had been over a month when in fact I had made an error which I held my hands up to and it had in fact been just under 2 weeks (it felt like a month and still far to long !!)that said they cancelled my order said customers like me were full of my own self importance and I was to never order from them again!!
this company is both Rude and very unprofessional I can totally understand the other bad reviews they have had . They state they are only a small business, well perhaps they should look after their customers better or they will find it goes from small to nothing !!
Still awaiting a refund.

Placed order. Didn’t hear anything other than thanks for order. Rang a few times and eventually had a return phone call only to be told ‘out of stock’ I wonder how long before someone would have let me know.

Discovered this brand at Chatsworth Country Show, absolutely love the product, sturdy, stylish, practical combined with fantastic quality, my Hugo even got to choose which bed he wanted, perfect for his breed (dachshund) he loves snuggling into the fur lining. Can not recommend highly enough.

A great product and my dog loves it. This bed follows on from another Snoozzzeeedog pad which has been in daily use for many years and I'm really impressed with the quality and sturdiness of this one; it feels well constructed and looks so comfortable. My labradoodle approves 100%.
