First, the product is complete garbage. You literally cannot shut your mouth when using it. I ended up getting an infection in my mouth after using this product that required me to go to the doctor three times, and only went away after discontinuing use of the product.

Second, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I contacted them and asked for a refund, which they agreed to do after I sent them photos. When I sent the photos, they claimed it "wasn't their device." I offered to mail it to them and they ignored me.

DO NOT buy anything from this company.

The mouth piece is huge! Hit the back of my mouth. There’s no way to cut it back since the adjustment is hard. U have to pay shipping to and from so I’m out almost $20. For nothing. There is no place on their site to review!

This product is huge. They should have different sizes for smaller mouths. It took up so much room that my tongue was jammed back and snores were possible even when awake! Moving the lower part, and pulling jaw forward was not effective in giving any additional room, and made my jar hurt long after removing the mouthpiece. Overpriced and ineffective.

I bought the device in September 2024. It did not fit, and nothing I could do would make the device comfortable. I attempted to return the device per their 30-day money back policy. They feigned confusion, then gave me hogwash about not having the proper order number, then ghosted me. I returned the only device they sent me, so either they mixed up the order number on their end, or they put the wrong device into the original package to send. Either way, their silence to me indicates they are unwilling to stand behind their guarantee. I contacted BBB, whom they ignored as well. The date of this review is their last correspondence with me, saying they couldn't process a refund because the number under which I returned my device is different than the number in their records.

Terrible device. I can’t see any way how this helps anyone. Put it in a list of midevil torture devices. Too big to even close your mouth, so if you’re trying to learn nasal breathing this doesn’t help. It just clogs your airway even more.

DO NOT BUY. They send you a different and inferior product, then refuse to refund you with the 30 day guarantee. They do not respond to emails only an AI Bot response.

TL;DR:
- They send faulty medical products
- They do send a replacement, but that replacement was also faulty
- They do not provide refund
- They ignore your complaints when it's no longer convenient for them
- They breach consumer law.

I bought a mouthguard from SnoreRx and was happy with it for about a year. After wear-and-tear I decided to buy a replacement.

The replacement lasted about 4 weeks before it fell apart. One of the strips you put your teeth into just came away from the rest of the guard.

I contacted the company and was pleased when they offered a replacement. They suggested the fault may have been due to the way I was cleaning it.

When the replacement unit came I maintained it exactly as they instructed. Within 4 weeks the same problem happened again: the mouth guard came apart.

When I contacted them again to complain and request a refund, they replied and told me that the would not provide one. They did not say what their reasoning was.

This is, by the way, illegal according to Australian consumer law. When I emailed them requesting an explanation, they ghosted me.

Do not buy from this provider. Other options are available.

Followed the directions to the letter and the silicone parts didn't form to my teeth correctly. In fact, when the mouthguard was in my mouth, it felt like it was pulling on my teeth, which caused pain.

But even if the soft bits had formed correctly, it wouldn't matter - the mouthpiece was too big for my mouth and the hard plastic part is NOT adjustable.

So it's a total waste. Tossed the whole EXPENSIVE thing in the trash bin.

Simply don't trust their website reviews (which I fell for). For me, the device is very large and uncomfortable. Being able to make an impression of your teeth is not an advantage; I never had braces so don't have perfect alignment, the device put pressure on one tooth. Have used a competitor product that is much smaller with success, so do recommend for snoring / sleep apnea, just not the SnoreRx brand. Check out their BBB reviews as well.

I purchased a SNORRX Device on July 17th 2025. It did not work nor stay in my mouth, I tried it several nights without any success. I returned via USPS with a postmark of August 5th. It was rec August 11th with proof of delivery tracking from USPS. I reached out 20 days after the POD date with no response. I tried calling several times with no answer and a message to try later and call back.
I again emailed and got a response saying it was probably never received....I have proof it was delivered. I paid $96.95 and $8.75 to ship back. I am looking for a refund as per their refund policy . I would not have bought this piece of plastic if it did not have a refund policy. SNORERX IS A SCAM COMPANY....BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Just like many of the other reviews, I tried this product and found it very painful. I paid for the return shipping, but they never refunded me or honored their warranty. This company is a scam — do not buy this product or anything else they sell.

Product didn't really help me stop snoring. Jaw hurt even after multiple uses. I paid shipping and returned the product but company would not give me refund even though my trial days were <30 since I was out of town. Customer service is horrible, unable to reach via phone and only via email and extremely unhelpful. If you want to try a snore helping product, I suggest going with someone else!

I believe a company's success is based on how that company handles its customer support experience. It is easy to sell a product to a customer, but the hard part is keeping that customer happy to where they keep their business with them. That is exactly what happened with my most recent experience with SnoreRx support. Mikayla L. went above and beyond my expectations when I reached out about the issues I experienced with my most recent purchase and offered me a quick and easy path to get a replacement! It's experiences like this that at the end of the day benefits both the customer and the company. I look forward to future purchases with this company because not only do I know that I am getting a great product, but also because I know there is excellent customer support behind that product!

This thing did not work for me at all, and there is no refund if you open the package. How are you supposed to know if it works if you cannot open the package? It's a ripoff, and the customer service guy Axel is rude

I bought the snoreRx plus directly from their website. Paid 99.99 + 10.95 shipping. I tried it out for several days and it did not work for me.

So, I tried to return the item. I followed all the directions on the website, filled in their form, and mailed it back to the address they instructed me to.
I have proof that it was delivered to them.

that was two weeks ago, no refund received. So, I tried calling them, no answer; now I've tried calling several times without any answer. Sent emails. No answer.

the company and the return "guarantee" is a scam.

There is a 30 day guarantee as per website. I used the return request form 2x. I used their contact forms 2x. I called customer service and left several messages. I am within the 30 day window. I guess I’m stuck with a device I’m not going to use.

Haven’t delivered the product and not following up on emails that have been sent to the team

First device was too big for my mouth so they sent me the alternative device. It five days the top loosened so much it would fall out of my mouth. I corresponded with them all the while with good communication until I asked for a refund. It was basically, too bad, so sad. No refunds for crap device. BBB rates them an “F”. Fits!

Literally no technology plastic garbage that must cost about $1 to manufacture in China. Do not waste your money!

Terrible product. Terrible company. Says it ships in days and took over a month. Returned ridiculous product and company will not provide a refund. Do NOT Buy this product!!!
