Snowglobe applied to a job proposal that I posted on Upwork. I accepted their application, and then there was no furthe communication from them for over a week, despite my repeated messages and requests for a meeting to discuss details.

I even found their Whatsapp number on their website and sent a message there, and I know from a fact they read it. Nothing, not even a "sorry, we are not interested anymore.

The job was time sensitive and waiting for an answer costed me precious days where I could have sought help elsewhere. Plus, it's just unprofessional behavior in general, not to mention rude.

To clarify again: thre ghosted me after a contact THEY initiated, they are the ones who applied to my job post, not the other way around.
