I was offered an Opinel knife as a gift. This was also mentioned on the invoice, but the knife was not included in the packaging of my order (a pair of skis). I filled out a complaint form but we are over a week further and no reply whatsoever from snowleader. I guess I will never see the "free Opinel".

JUST GIVE ME MY REFUND !
Still being constantly ignored, returned an item months ago (JUNE)and still haven’t been refunded, (violation of the consumer law 2015 which states refunds must be issued 14 days after the return is sent)
Been told there doing an investigation a month ago any time I try to contact I’m ignored, sat on live chat for 30 minutes was just being ignored,
Id like my refund snow leader, you have robbed me and constantly ignore me
