Straight forward.
Booking experience was fairly straightforward,small hiccup when had to change payment method over, but all together quick response and emailed invoices and confirmation, haven't actually been on holiday yet,so see how that goes.

Great Company to book with
I have used snow trex since 2015 and have never had any issues. The only change I don’t like is that the skis packages for hire is now booked separately but overall great company to use.

Best value for money I can imagine
I have used Snowtrex for my winter vacations for 10-15 years running.
Everything has always been spot on and the price you pay is a fraction of what you would expect, especially in the off-peak season.
The accommodations I have stayed in weren't the most impressive I had seen in my life, but considering the prices paid were excellent value for money and more than adequate.
I guess if you are willing to spend a bit more, the quality will be better but for my budget I couldn't have asked for more.
Same applies for the resorts themselves - if you feel like going to St. Moritz and staying in a 5-star hotel, Snowtrex probably won't be your agency.
For the last two years our groups consisted of over 10 people and none of them have a bad word for Snowtrex or the experiences they have had.
Cannot wait for season 2025/26!
