Becky is awesome! She was so very helpful and patient with me on getting just the right size. Perfect fit! And when I had concerns about some hair rubbing off on one shoulder point, Chloe was also very helpful in letting me know it will stretch a bit and mold to his shape. Good to know! This bug body fly rug is the only thing I've found that fits my big boy. Everything else has been way too tight on his shoulders. I love the fit for him and I think he likes it, too. I finally did try out this rug after two years of pondering (and trying alternatives that did end up not fitting enough my mare) and i honestly couldn’t be happier, she finally seems relieved and happy and the rug is a perfect fit!
There were a few hardships to get it delivered (mainly because of a misunderstanding on my part) but the client services was excellent and really nice (even though i did mess up) so i couldn’t recommand it more!

I’ve been really impressed by the Snuggy Hoods on my friend’s horses she has quite a few, so I thought I’d give them a go as my grey was getting really unhappy about all the flies on him! Ordering was easy, I got a first time money off code & it arrived so quickly and fits him perfectly im so pleased with it would highly recommend

I called asking the progress of my order and due to complications with my health found the entire ordering process very difficult. The owner and her colleague were extremely rude (laughed at my cognitive impairments) and hung up the phone on me because they did not want to talk to me. They were extremely rude. I recieved item which was far to big and did not fit my horse even though I followed sizing guidelines. Wanted to make complaint but they outright told me that it would only go into the bin. Rather than send the item back I might sell it on as found them to be really difficult to deal with. Am still waiting for the apology via email that they promised me but due to their attitude I’m not going to hold my breath. Sad as was recommended by a friend. First & last item I will ever order from this company!

Great costumer service and help with alterations when I accidentally bought the wrong size. Word of advice would be to go a size smaller then your horses normal blanket size as these rugs are stretchy! Good quality material and seems like it will hold up long term.
