Do not buy this product I ordered mine 4 weeks ago didn’t arrive.I’ve just live chatted with somebody called Sam.sent him order number off receipt also a screen shot of confirmation of payment and order details showing my name my order and payment and just been told I’m a scammer.the only scam is this product I will not log a fraud claim over payment

They say they offer a refund if you're not happy with the product but it has been weeks and they always say we will write you next week, soon, within a week etc... Once they even told me they don't know if I will get a refund because it has been more than 30 days but I wrote to them after 13 days it is them who delay the process as much as they can. Stay away!

STAY AWAY! I agree with all the negative comments here. The soap does absolutely nothing to combat the grey/white hair. Customer Service only says that it is based on natural herbs and therefore will take awhile to work. When confronted with the fact that they are advertising results after 3 washes, they say nothing. Money back guarantee is also a fight to get. I am covered by my credit card, so will not loose the money but the company is not giving me my money back even though they acknowledge receipt of product over 10 days ago. By the way, their return policy clearly states that one can use the product to test it and if not satisfied, to return the leftover portion back.

Bought 4 bars to give it the absolute best chance to work as company claim visible results after 3 washes. They also promised a full refund if you are not happy with the results. It did absolutely nothing for me and when messaging the customer service about my experience they refused to refund me the $80 i spent. They were very un helpful and insisted there will be no refund. Use at your own peril but beware of this terrible product. The customer service is worse!

Product does not work. They say they offer a no questions asked refund, money back guarantee. But their refund policy says that you will not be refunded if 'not in its original condition' so you cannot try it! Total scam. Don't waste your money

Total scam. Doesn't work, irritates the skin (actual skin damage). I returned the product and of 85,- total spent (i returned with track n trace) i got 45 back. Based on other reviews i should be happy with that. I'm not. They advertise a 100% satisfied, full money back guarantee and it's a complete LIE. Paypal did nothing to help me, very dissappointed in them as well.

It's a total scam . My wife and I both used it for over a month and in that time we had no results at all. We tried to get our money back with no help from Paypal and the only thing we where told was to try it for longer which didn't work

The reason why you cannot leave comments on any of this companies selling platforms is that the product is a scam.
Please do not waste your money.

The company is a rip off not only is their product a giant waste og money id does absolutely nothing but take your money, When you send the garbage back they keep your money claiming they never received your item. This company should be investigated for false advertisement and theft. The support team is made up of arrogant morons who care nothing about its customers after the money comes in. Do your self a favor stay away its a scam!!!

It is a SCAM. They sell products that do not work. I returned the unused products to get a refund, which I never got, so i lost both the products and my money.
