I used Socialmoniums mainly to post on Facebook for 1 year. At first it was okay, but over time, too many problems made it hard to trust. I often got 404 errors, and sometimes the site wouldn’t work at all for 30 minutes or more—which is a big issue when you need to schedule many posts each day.

I contacted support several times. Craig, the owner, replied at the beginning, but later he just stopped answering me.

Some features didn’t work well either: redirect links didn’t always show the first comment correctly, and in Firefox, images weren’t displaying at all (they worked fine in Chrome).

I wanted to like this tool, but it’s not reliable enough for regular use.

The Sociamonials staff has been extremely helpful the 2 times I needed to reach out to them.

The app functions very well for scheduling and planning. I particularly like how you can create little "buckets" of content and have Sociamonials auto-post that content when you have it scheduled. So you don't have to necessarily schedule each individual post.

They could use a section that more clearly links to various forms of training materials. Like a mini-university section of the app.

Also, there is no mobile app at this time. Hopefully that will be developed in the future. I would love to use Sociamonials on my iPad.

Solid tool to post on each social network saving a lot of time. Great purchase.

Great product. They keep adding new capabilities. The scheduling function has been slow in the past but other than that I really feel like I can accomplish what the big players do with a one-person team. Thanks. It's a fantastic alternative to the pricier apps.

Been a customer since the very beginning and the software has evolved very well. With timely updates and over the years the UX has improved significantly. Recently launched Instagram Reels feature, the support is amazing. The tool offers enormous value if you wish to launch a social media management agency. In addition to the social media scheduler, the platform offers contests feature to run viral campaigns, pretty cool.

What do you like best?
There is no question in my mind that Socialmonials will win - they have an awesome, dedicated team behind them. As a proactive CEO, Craig takes his company and the success of others seriously, which can be seen in his actions.

The product's functionality hasn't been thoroughly explored by me, but it is a positive thing that the product is constantly updated (there are so many cool features). It doesn't seem that the company will disappear anytime soon, and they acknowledge any errors in their software. I will say that I love that the product is constantly updated.

What I like most about this software is that it is a powerful marketing tool with many features and a lot of power. Using it, I can dominate social media in an entirely new way.

What do you dislike?
It is an excellent tool, but the UI/UX design should be improved or refreshed compared to its competitors. The interface of Sociamonials looks outdated though it's a reliable SaaS product
