Ordered a 3 and 2 seater Knightsbridge sofa from Sofaitalia and was given a delivery date of 8-10 weeks. Delivery was 2 weeks later and I was a bit annoyed not so much that they were late but more a lack of any update on the delivery.But now they have arrived I am very pleased with them .The delivery men unpacked them and I had plenty of time to check any damage but all was fine and they took away all the packaging.Just sort customer service slightly is my only comment.

Took delivery of our two Evita sofas yesterday. We are tota!ly delighted with their quality and style and they look good in our lounge.

Thanking Abbey for her help with ordering and prompt response to any queries we had. We would not hesitate to recommend Abbey and the Sofaitalia product.

I have now (foolishly) ordered twice from this company who have over promised and under-delivered. Their website says that if the product is in stock, you will receive it in 10 working days.

The first order I placed it took 5 weeks to deliver; I had a phone call from the warehouse manager in week three to say our sofa had been "ghosted" (Sold to someone else) and could we wait for it to be delivered? What option do you have? It got to another two weeks later and I contact Sofa Italia and asked them to cancel my order. I had to fill in a form on the website and miraculously, the day later, I received a call to book in a delivery.

The sofa was (to be fair) good quality and comfortable, so we decided to order a second. I placed this order on 8th September and spoke to Abbie and explained my previous disappointing interaction with the company. She assured me that there were two of the sofa's I wanted in the warehouse and that I'd hear "at the latest" within 10 working days re a delivery date...…..

Five weeks later -nothing. I phoned yesterday to complain and spoke to Jessica who advised that it would be Abbie who was dealing with this and she'd phone me back before 5pm last night.....I'm still waiting.

I've just phoned them again and I'll await their response; probably tell them I'm cancelling my order, fill in the form on the website and then early next week, someone will contact me. Rubbish in every respect. Go somewhere else as whilst I've been pleased with the product, the customer service has been contemptuous and you are left with a feeling that they don't give a flock about you. By the way, they take your money on the day you place your order - they're pretty good at that bit.

We have just taken delivery of our Together sofa, the delivery guys were very professional and put our sofa in its place and took all the packaging away for us. The sofa is absolutely fabulous, the colour (kastanje) is a lovely warm brown fits our decor perfectly, and is super comfy. This is our 2nd sofa from Sofaitalia and would highly recommend them. Thank you to all at Sofaitalia.😊

After much research and chats back and fore with Abbey. We finally took the plunge and ordered our sofas. She has helped us by sending samples of colours etc and answered all my concerning questions. Can't wait to receive sofas just in time for Christmas. Thanks Abbey and sofaitalia. Will send another review once we have received our sofas. :)

These guys are fantastic, had a great selection and the quality was a lot higher than I could find from major Competitors. Would not go past these guys next time I need some more furniture.

Like so many others I was apprehensive about spending a lot of money on a sofa ,chair and footstool without seeing or sitting on them beforehand. I shouldn't have worried. Furniture delivered last week by two polite, professional and respectful gentlemen who placed the furniture where I wanted it with the upmost of care and attention. Thank you sofa Italia and tancredi for delivering on all your promises stated on both your website's. The distressed leather is beautiful to look at and the leather is so soft. Overall a very happy customer who would definitely recommend sofa Italia to friends and family.

We were very pleased with the advice given and sample which helped us to choose the sofas for us. Had them for a couple of weeks now and delighted with them - very comfortable. We would certainly visit sofaitalia again.

We were a little nervous about ordering sofas on line - not being able to see them or test how comfortable they were !

They arrived earlier than expected and we were really pleased with the quality and they are very comfortable . I would definitely recommend them. 🤗

Overall very happy with Sofa Italia and our purchase. Just a shame the delivery was not smooth as we sustained some damage to our wood floor.

Beautiful sofa, only reason it didn’t get 6 stars is because at time of ordering it was stated as ‘in stock’ on their website. When it actually took 6 weeks to arrive.

Great experience shopping with Sofa Italia. Abbey helped me from the start and was very patient as I ordered so many colour swatches. The sofa is perfect and comfortable and fits in my room perfectly. I was nervous spending so much money and not seeing the sofa until it arrived in my house, but was absolutely delighted with it, it was just like the photos and really comfy. I have not yet received delivery of my sofa but my purchase experience so far has been excellent. Abbey could not have been more courteous and professional - nothing is too much trouble for her. This is what I class as good old fashioned customer service, so rarely experienced when dealing with retailers these days. I Only hope the delivery experience and product itself does not disappoint - fingers crossed. I have high hopes!!

CAUTION ADVISED. My leather suite arrived damaged, and the company is refusing to replace - but trying to fix it instead. Two springs are broken, the sofa makes a loud clicking noise when you sit or get-up, and the sofa also has a large indented scratch (bordering on a rip). Guarantees were given before purchase - but certainly has not been supported or delivered - the level of customer care and support your receive after you have paid 'beggars beyond belief'. I will never purchase from them again - be warned before you part with your money.

I bought 2 sofas 10 years ago. The most used seats have sagged a bit so I've just taken off part of the base cover, expecting to see that the internal support had gone.
I'm delighted to say that I was wrong. The internal support is as strong now as it was when new. The foam internal cushions need replacing. That's all. After 10 years That's understandable.
I rarely post reviews but I want to wholeheartedly recommend Sofa Italia and their products.

I found them very helpful and professional service

It can be difficult to order goods online when you can't see them first, especially if you are spending a lot of money. We felt Abbie was very helpful from the outset, sending leather samples out and discussing our requirements and answering queries promptly...the sofa looked lovely when it first came but we had to sit on it instead of just looking at it...
Skip forward to 6 months later..one seat on the sofa has become faulty. We were asked to provide photos which we have done and Iam still chasing a reply as to what Sofia Italia intend to do about it (over 2 weeks now). This sofa was over 2.5k and looks tatty and worn on the faulty seat.
Their aftercare customer service is extremely poor, sadly it seems a case of quick to take your money then they aren't interested.
A year later this sofa is ready for the skip! After much chasing, Sofia Italia were going to do a repair as a 'gesture of goodwill' however, after being forced to get our own report on the sofa (theirs said wear and tear, really?? After less then 6 months) it's beyond economical repair as other areas are sagging badly.
If you do decide to buy from them, make sure you purchase it on a credit card or finance so you have the option of opening a section 75 dispute.
We will never buy anything from Sofia Italia again.
