Unlike these companies, we hand-craft all our own designs in our workshop in Lancashire by our very own time-served upholsterers, seamstresses and cutters, many of whom have grown up with the business.

All hopes fulfilled by Saxon Sofas
Our new Chesterfield arrived yesterday and we are delighted with it. The materials and finish are excellent and the whole experience has been great. Emma was very patient with us as we ordered different samples and was helpful in every possible way. The site visit was very useful and it was good to know that even our narrowest door would be just wide enough.
We looked at so many sofa suppliers and we are glad that when it came to it, we decided on Saxon Sofas.

Beautiful sofa
I ordered a sofa chair and footstool for my mum. We are thrilled with the way the company works. From the ladies on the phone to the delivery correspondence to the lorry drivers. I was a bit dubious about ordering online but as mum cannot get out this was the only option. It is made so well she Is delighted with it. The craftsmanship is second to none. I will definitely recommend and now wish I had ordered mine from there.

I thought sofas like these were only for rich people but after making an initial enquiry a very long time ago I decided to save long and hard for one for myself, and I'm so glad I did! Yes, it's an investment but one that I know will pay off because I don't think I'll ever need to buy another sofa (I'm 48!). The quality is outstanding, I can feel that it is built to last, and it looks beautiful. It really is my dream sofa. I'd also like to mention the amazing service I received, everyone that I had contact with from the initial enquiry through to the after sales service was polite, friendly and helpful. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with this company and to take ownership of my gorgeous new sofa, I cannot recommend Sofas by Saxon highly enough!! :)

The whole experience was great
The whole experience was great. Would recommend Saxon whole heartedly .Our leather chesterfields are absolutely exquisite the craftsmanship absolute perfection.
Due to renovation problems our order was postponed twice ! This was not a problem for Saxon.

Top quality sofas
Given advice and information from 1st phone call. Sent swatch to verify it was what I wanted before manufacture. I was a bit dubious over price however 8 months down the line it's still like new. The leather is highest quality. Made to the highest quality. I ordered the firm cushions as a have spinal issues. After 8 months there is no sagging, leather hasn't rubbed which I've had with cheaper suites in the past. Any marks are easily cleaned. Delivery men were excellent. I know they may seem dearer than other Chesterfield suites but from the past 8 months these suites will last a long long time. I've given it 1 light clean and conditioned 2x. Highly recommend

First rate company excellent product.
After many disappointing suites over the years, we found this company online and drove the 130miles to take a look for ourselves. Thank god we did.
Chloe their newest member of staff was a joy. Couldn’t do enough for us without being pushy. They have a large window in the showroom where you can see the sofas being made. It reminded us of ‘santas grotto’. All the craftsmen busy working away ! Chloe and another member of staff a lovely lady called Jan invited us to accompany them on a tour of the shop floor. This was also Chloe’s first tour. We were fascinated at the quality of the solid wood framework built the old fashioned way. We viewed every part of the manufacturing process and had no hesitation in ordering our 2 beautiful Highgrove chesterfields in Antique Olive leather.
We were quoted 6-8 weeks and it has been exactly 6 weeks today.
The transport manager contacted us a few days after we ordered to make sure there wouldn’t be any issues actually getting the sofas in our house as they are both large and obviously heavy.
The 2 men who came today sorry I didn’t get their names, were charming and very professional.
As you may gather by this review we would have no hesitation in recommending this fabulous company. They have been a pleasure to deal with especially the lovely Chloe an asset to their sales team.

Excellent customer experience with Saxon
From my initial phone call to request a brochure which was despatched to me promptly also the samples I requested were sent in good time. The staff did not harass me at all and were extremely helpful when I phoned to place my order. They clearly explained to me the deposit due and the balance to be paid prior to delivery and that the transport department would get in contact with me to schedule delivery. On the day of delivery the team were prompt and efficient in unpacking and placing the sofas into the required positions and taking the packaging away with them. My experience with everyone I dealt with was most positive and I would order from Saxon again.
