I bought an item that ended up not looking like I expected, so wasn't going to work for me. It has been a nightmare getting cust svs responses. They do not uphold their return policy AT ALL!!! I have emailed so many time and keep getting the run around. They will not send me a return label so I can get a refund less the restocking fee. They said they will just refund me 50% and I can keep the product. I DO NOT WANT THE PRODUCT!!! And I still, after weeks, have not even received that partial refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE ANY POSSIBILITY OF NEEDING A RETURN. POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The original chair that I had ordered ended up being defective. After contacting customer service, I was promptly sent a new chair at no extra cost to me. They had updated me every step of the way and went above and beyond with making sure that I was satisfied. In today's consumer world, there are very few companies that are willing to take the extra steps to achieve consumer delight. Sofatales breaks the mold when it comes to customer satisfaction, and I would recommend them to anyone for that alone. Oh, and the chair is great!

Items (two outdoor chairs for children) were priced right and delivered 1 business day after the order was placed. Great shopping experience.

I ordered a office chair but unfortunately they were sold out of the one I wanted. They gave me a upgraded one which I am very pleased with. Took a couple of weeks get because of the changes in the order but delivery was acceptable considering the changes.

Bought a gaming/office chair from sofatales; came in about a week and the product was both incredibly easy to put together and comfortable. Would easily recommend their products. Customer service was also surprisingly kind and animated regarding feedback.

Ordered a table from sofatales, it arrived sooner than expected. Assembled the legs in about 10 minutes so the whole process was pretty easy and straightforward. The table is more beautiful than I can describe. Just as ordered, very sturdy that I wanted! Spoke with Bonnie and she was very polite and professional and also kept us up to date on our order status. I was nervous ordering something expensive sight unseen, but Sofatales exceeded my expectations! Highly recommended this shop.

It's my first time using Sofatales.I was a bit worried about placing an order online at first but i decided to give it a go after reading the positive reviews. I spoke to a lady called Bonnie who was super helpful with all my enquirers. my package arrived pretty fast, just a few days after I placed the order. The colour and quality of the item looks exactly like the pictures listed on the website, definitely worth the price. I love my stunning Coffee Table. I HIGHLY recommend their work and their service!
