Ordered a dress and received a complete disaster. The dress arrived in terrible condition, looking like it had already been worn before, and it was sent to me with no box at all. The flowers attached to the chest area were all loose and falling apart — not a single one was properly secured. The sizing was completely wrong and didn’t match the measurements I provided at all.
I paid over 20,000 QAR for this dress, and I expected something premium and high-quality — not something that arrives looking used and poorly packaged.
When I contacted them about it, instead of taking responsibility, they denied everything and kept arguing instead of offering a solution. Total waste of time and money. Zero accountability, zero quality control.
If you care about getting what you actually paid for, look elsewhere. I will not be ordering from them again.

It was a very bad experience and I could not get the dress of my dreams. I endured more than my capacity to give them more than five chances but nothing changed. There were bad damages in terms of the finishing, sewing and also the packaging until the last moment I endured to give them a chance but nothing changed. I was trying to reach the designer herself but I was refused knowing that I paid a large amount for this dress. When I received it, the smell in the dress was bad and there were no cracks in it. After that, also when I came to the fitting, the studio had a very bad goal. I contacted them without returning anything or compensating me. I was refused because they said that there is no refund for the customer with money. This is what they made me feel and until now my issue has not been addressed.

They are a scam. I order some clothes over 2 weeks ago & I still haven’t gotten a confirmation of it being on its way. I tried the customer service email & still no reply I been messaging them through Instagram message & they stopped replying to me. This is a scam, I spent $90. It’s pretty upsetting.. leaving this here so you all can be careful because it’s fake. All these reviews might be fake too.

I totally recommend this brand. Beautiful clothes. Whenever I wear clothes from Sofia, it feels like I'm a queen.

I bought some dresses but one of them was delivered, the rest was lost. Ellie from customer service has helped me with my order. She is super fast with responding to my email. Thanks to her, I appreciate her work and I was satisfied with the solution of my order.

I had the most amazing experience with a customer service rep. Named Ellie. I had already taken the tag off my clothing item and then found a fabric flaw. I emailed the customer service team and they got back to me within the day offering an express shipped free replacement. Love wearing the clothing and so thankful for all the help she gave me and how quick she helped me! Will shop again!❤

I've been getting good wear out of the shirt. Its very light and soft comfortable to wear.
