Wanted to leave a review as soon as I left but couldn’t
I bought UGG classic boots. After few minutes of walking on it, it hurts my calves and front of my legs, the material is hard. I have 3 pairs of UGG boots but never uncomfortable like these. Upon checking, it is not made in Australia, it was made in Vietnam. I had a chat with one of their agent, they declined the return and says it was already worn for few minutes. So, that means customers have to wear their shoes even if hurts. I am not buying from this store again. Their shoes are not legit and have poor quality.
0 stars…after purchasing from this company for over 20 years, I won’t give them another dime!! Have been waiting for a refund for over 3 weeks - this after driving 1.5 hours to their closest retail outlet to avoid waiting. After wandering around the store for over a half hour while the incompetent staff, that could barely communicate with me in English, tried to start the process I was told their was a problem with the card used during online purchase and he would need the card to process. Went out and got the same card and when I returned he said they could not process in store (absolutely unacceptable in 2023!!!) and issued a “temporary gift card”. I was then told to call in the next day as their support was closed on Sundays. Called in and was told refund would be processed in 1-10 business days!! After 13 business days passed ( there were two Statutory holidays during this time frame). I called back and was put on hold only to be told that the delay was due to the holiday ( note I had added extra days to accommodate those days before calling) and was told my refund was queued to be processed the following Monday. Waited all last week and still no refund. Called today and they said it had been refunded. I assured the agent I had already confirmed with TD bank that no refund had been processed through my account. Still waiting for an email as they “have to look into it”. Customer service used to be top notch, but has severely gone down hill the last few years. I have NEVER had such an issue getting a refund in my life. No reason my card should not have been refunded through the in-store debit machine while I was there.
Mayfair mall store (Victoria) had only one staff member the day we did back to school shopping, and only had 1 of the 3 shoes we wanted in stock. They ordered the other 2 pairs to be delivered to us "in a couple days" which was actually closer to a week. Once we received the Blundstones (separately) one pair had a flaw so they needed to be returned. Tried to return to Mayfair but it wasn't open - staff late to work? Replacement pair exchanged to me through online, mailed the next week, and they were in obviously worn & badly scuffed condition!! So, no one is checking these $300 shoes and sending out ones that were damaged already?! Awesome.
Zero stars from me. Went in store at Mayfair mall to purchase Birkenstock shoes. Two staff stood at till talking together with no concern with me at all. Had to interrupt them to ask for a size of shoe in the back or get it myself. Had no information about the shoes, sizes or differences among shoes. Left and purchased 4 pairs of shoes at competitors Walk in Comfort. Will never return to your store again.
They delivered the wrong package to my house, took 5 days to do a next day delivery, did not communicate any updates and refused to refund the item until they had located the package with the courier even tho it has nothing to do with me. Still have not received the package.
I would give them half a star if I could. THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I purchased a pair of shoes from them, wore them for 20 minutes. They hurt my feet so terribly I had to take them off. When I sent the shoes back, I was treated with disdain and my concerns were brushed aside. They refused to return my money since the shoes were 'worn' - yes, for 20 minutes. For a company that raked in $50 million in profits in 2022, I find their behaviour abominable. It's your typical big corporation preying on the consumer. Disgusting. Will never deal with them ever, and I'd advise anyone reading this to steer clear of them. Avoid them like the plague.

If you're on the spectrum steer clear of the market mall store in Calgary. How it's possible in this day and age for a sales person to jump to the conclusion that you are rude and undeserving of help without considering neurodivrgency is beyond me but it just happened.
Because l don't communicate the same as a neurotypical, and find something as simple as buying a new pair of workboots a huge struggle, does not mean lm not worthy of you assistance and kindness. No wonder l wear my boots till they fall apart. Perhaps some training is required? Left without and ordered off Amazon. I hate putting more money in Bezos pockets but at least lm not treated like lm less than.

Ordered a pair of runners Soft Moc express delivery. Told they could not honor that promise. I asked after eight days to speak to Manager. Told that is not possible. These Clerks will not give out their names and
will put you on hold if you ask for a supervisor. Then they drop the call if this is how Mr. Watson wants to run a business this is just not acceptable. As others I will never shop in this store again. Update Dee Ann a supervisor according to UPS. directly lied to me as she blamed them for the delay. In actuality the package was not given to UPS. until the eighth of June/2023. Even though I have an email from Soft Moc that states a different answer. As I reiterate she promised me a delivery today and a phone call if it didn't happen.She called UPS herself she states! Not! This is the worst customer service as others have stated and I will never do business with such an untrustworthy store. A supervisor who really misleads the customers and Agents who are allowed to say "I have no manager" No I do not give out my name" BUYER BEWARE AS THIS STORE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES! Rather they will do whatever it takes to make a sale to unassuming customers!!!
I went to SofMocs a few months ago in Kamloops, B.C. The store is purely run badly, staff will not help customers. I have mobility issues and after sitting on the low benches I had a very difficult time getting back standing, two employees walked by not even offering me a hand up.
Today June 8 against my better judgement I returned to the same Kamloops store. Same type of customer service, very poor. I asked for a shoe in a certain size, it took a good 5 minutes for her to find them, I thought she took a coffee break. THEN TO TOP IT OFF ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE GIRL WAS WEARING A HOODIE THAT READ ON THE FRONT “WHATEVER” AND ON THE SLEEVE “DON’T CARE. Now tell me is that appropriate clothing to be wearing while serving the public. I commented sarcastically that was a great shirt for work and she thanked me like I was complimenting her. Wow.
I bought a pair of SoftMoc sandals that look like Birkenstock for $77.00 less than 2 years ago for indoor use & the top has already ripped. I have a pair of Birkenstock Arizonas that are almost 10 years old that I use for running around outdoors and they are still in good shape requiring 1 sole replacement over the 10 year period!!! What a waste of money! I cannot believe SoftMoc is still in business when I see 85% 1-star reviews. Someone has to make the public aware of the extremely poor quality that they offer. Customer service was quick to respond which was impressive but the offer of a 20% discount is not attractive enough for me to become a loyal customer.
awful design by Teva sandals the triangular metal part bit into my foot over the little toe area rubbed raw .. and wore them for less than 3 hours .. sandals owned less than a day and regretfully worn outside after all who wears shoes inside their homes.. No refund No exchange and No longer a softmoc customer either.. I might be old but i buy over 9 pairs of runners shoes and boots for the 3 grandkids plus myself .. buyers remorse allows you to return a new car but not junky sandals. my feet as bad as when my older brother slammed the car door shut on my foot because he was mad at me.
Absolute garbage. I got a pair of slippers for Christmas and within a month they were falling apart. The material was felt and it pilted so bad, the slippers looked 100 years old by then. I left a 1 star review on their site and they didn’t publish it. The only reviews were all 5 stars for the same slipper. Total BS. I will never buy anything from softmoc ever again. Their website reviews are all fake AF.
Made an order for shoes, 24 hour shipping was offered and selected, one day later my order is still processing.
Contacting customer support it's make clear that 24 hour shipping isn't actually offered, it's 24 hour processing, then 48-72 hours shipping. I now need to find other shoes for the event
Nicole Bishop, the assistant manager is awful. Not only did she remove the sale price from a shoe we were purchasing from the clearance section and charge me full price, she took about 15 minutes in the back room doing it holding the entire checkout hostage until she sauntered back. I noticed what she did AFTER I left the store and why she took so long. So.... I call customer service 🤦🏼♀️
I've shopped there quite a bit and have spent a lot of money on Docs, Uggs, Blowfish, Adidas, Converse, Crocs, etc. The customer service number was useless as well although the person did do her best I can't hold her responsible for the Sarnia store. I luckily had a picture showing the clearance tag on the shoe so they had to do something but it was the bare minimum. They refunded the purchase the used all my bonus points to get it to the price it was listed at clearance so I lost all my rewards... So eff that noise I will never shop there again. I wonder how many people are being ripped off and if it's happened to me in the past. Nicole should have been fired for that nonsense and her attitude is disgusting. So if you see a purple haired, middle aged lady wearing black rimmed glasses behind the desk sitting on her hand doing her very best at being useless.... Keep going coz your experience will be extremely infuriating.
As a side note the customer service reps on the phone said each store has the discretion of offering a discount or refund that will satisfy the customer so don't let them tell you their hands are tied.
I ordered a pair of Sketcher running shoes, however they were too big. I wanted to return them and get the exact same pair in a smaller size. However I had to pay $19 to return the too big shoes to softmoc. I explained to softmoc that I planned to purchase the same shoes in the smaller size and they still would not refund the $19 return shipping. Because of this I WILL NO LONGER be purchasing the smaller size from them, they lost my business!!! Never had this problem with any other company.
