purchased the programme for my son to use in High School and College and although I had a few problems to begin with due to my not completely removing all other Office software that had been preinstalled when I purchased the computer I have had a really positive experience and can Highly Recommend Software4Students.I had to write on a number of occasions and thankfully I was helped every step of the way. If the programme does not install succesfully first time around you can guarantee it will be due to consumer error .I had first rate experience of this but the help I received could not be faulted. Thanks Again .Fabulous Experience.

I had a few problems with installation of the downloadable MS office but with a quick email to Software 4 students for help, allowed me to install quite easily, Responses were always quick to emails, would recommend this company to all as they provide a top notch service.

I had to contact the Customer Service team over a year after my purchase of MS Office to seek help with an issue. The response was fast and the resolution was first time.

Would definitely recommend Software4students to others as I have had nothing but great service in all my dealings with them.

I ordered Office for Mac 2011, which worked fine. Unfortunately after my hard drive was changed, because of a fault, I could not reinstall the program. Microsoft wouldn't let the program fully install for some weird reason.

Software4Students tried really hard to solve my problem without success. We went through all the steps, but still...no installation. The only solution was a refund, which Software4Students processed rapidly for me with no question.

This is a fine company with integrity and great prices. I would definitely use them again.

Trying to install Office 2010 I kwpt getting a Product Key Invalid message. Problem was quickly identified as being a 'leftover' from a previous install in the registry and information given as how to clean it.
Followed the instructions and the install then went through qith no further problem.
Very efficient and quick responses to emails.
Would use this company again.

I was really impressed with installation help i received. I had an issue with error 1935, I got an email which was a bit too technical to understand, when I replied to Allan, he offered to call me as it would be easier. On a Saturday morning at 8am it was not expected, so thankyou software4students, great customer care is hard to come across these days so will definately tell everone in my sons school about you guys!

From the experience I've had with the company, every step has been as desirable as possible. Excellent customer service before and after my purchase and obviously great products at very cheap rates. A benchmark in the way businesses should run.

You're a great support to students, who are already reeling under a lot of other financial burdens.

SOLVED MY PROBLEMS

Originally I had intended to download my software but I just couldn't get it to work, probablly cause I'm not very techie. I emailed software4students. They responded promptlyand tried to solve my problem. When this didn't work they sent a disc out to me at no extra charge. I felt that they handled things really well.

Although I buy a lot of full price software for work this is the first time I have bought any software for my Children to use for school work.

After looking on the internet I found that Software4Students were advertising exactly what I was looking for, however the deals looked so good that the sceptic in me worried that the site was to good to be true. After reading the reviews and searching on Google for bad reports against S4S I decided that it was worth risking placing the order.

I placed the order on Saturday night and the software arrived on Wednesday morning, making me wonder why I was worried in the first place. Would I recommend Software4Students, YES. I have already recommended to ALL the parents at my daughters school and this is the first time I have ever posted a web review.

When my laptop died I swiftly had to buy another in order to complete my uni work, however it was just after christmas and I could only just afford the laptop never mind the software! I needed Microsoft office fast. I found this website recommended on the Microsoft site so I thought I would give it a try. After ordering I was concerned after reading some negative feedback on other sites regarding the delivery time and I needed the software fast. However, my package came 4 days after ordering, loaded it straight away and it works a treat - top quality software at a fraction of the real price - HIGHLY RECOMMEND SOFTWARE4STUDENTS - A*******

Apart from the obvious fact that their prices are excellent I cannot fault their customer service. They have always been prompt and extremely helpful. I will continue to both use and recommend Software4Students as long as I can. Thanks for all the help and bargains, from a very satisfied customer.

Buying Student Software was so easy - and with student discounts, fantastic value. But the service I got when my laptop stolen and I wanted to re-download Microsoft Office and Visio onto my new computer was superb. In the case of Office, I just went into "My Account" and re-downloaded - - but for Visio - it wouldn't re-download, and on contacting Customer Service at Software4students, I was very impressed with the speed with which they resolved matters and gave me a new link to download it again. They were a pleasure to deal with and made me feel a value customer (not something students often get!)

Bought the Office Pro Plus and Kaspersky package. Downloaded kaspersky straight away, slight problem with installing office but an email to customer services had the problem sorted.
Would recommend to anyone.

Bought MS Office 2010 pro plus for my daughters new laptop, i had a few problems getting it to work but an email to software4students and it was all sorted and working in minutes. Unfortunately i had not uninstalled all the pre trial MS Office versions on her new computer first, so there was a conflict with the activation code. Customer support lady (Mimi) was brilliant and helped me so much.
