We are a small community trust and have been using SoGo Surveys for a year now. We have found the software very intuitive to use and versatile enough to cover a whole range of data collection purposes. This has helped to inform our practice and provide evidence for funders. All in all a really great platform, highly recommended!

We are a large organisation that has some different nationalities and the option to translate is very useful. The surveys or polls are easy to write and so easy to download. It is are only site we use to organise surveys and polls .As a non-profit organisation there is not much time to devote to data analysis, So Go Survey gives me the option to find useable data quickly and efficiently. So Go Survey it appears to be compatible with all Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
although this is a rare occurence, when there has been a problem or an issue the help support desk are very quick at finding a solution and solving the problem via email and get back to you on the same day.we definitely recommend SoGo Survey for your polls and surveys as the data collection process is so simple to navigate.

Our organization used SoGoSurvey to poll our members and to conduct elections. It's a very powerful tool, and when we hit a limit and needed upgrading due to our non-profit status, the person who helped us did so very quickly. SoGoSurvey simplifies many tasks that are otherwise cumbersome. There are a lot of templates you could choose from, making your work easier and you can spend more time on the actual questions. They have designs that can prevent your survey from looking too boring. Overall what they offer adds value to my work.

I found its graphical user interface quite User friendly compared to others I had earlier used. Its platform was also easy to navigate.

I think as a student SoGoSurvey is one of the best tools.

We did a review and synthesis of 200 tropical disease research projects across institutions in 30 developing countries.
We wanted to collect a range of information, including: their experience with the program, suggestions for improvement; sharing of tools they developed and learning that have potential for transfer to benefit counterparts in other countries.

I am not well versed in using this kind of tool. I found SoGo Survey easy to figure out, set up and rollout. The SoGo support services are very professional and staff seem to be always available - both on the chat and for phone calls. The supporting videos are well done and enabled us to quickly learn how the tool works and configure it to our needs.

The data that was output in tabular form gave us a rich 'knowledge base' that was the basis of synthesis report, making it highly credible.

We chose the premium package 'pay as you go', as we changed our minds on the project as it progressed, we kept the package open for one year, which was more expensive than we planned. Next time we will opt for the yearly subscription, which is a more cost effective option.

I have been using SoGo for a few years now. I even tried using Qualtics and in comparison, found SoGo far better in terms of the features, but more importantly, the customer service. The SoGo technology is GREAT and the customer support is excellent. I recommend SoGo to all those who are conducting survey research.

I am a graduate student and I am using SoGoSurvey to complete my capstone research project. Though my university offers a free survey service for its students, I found SoGoSurvey to be a more intuitive and simpler platform to use. It was extremely easy to create, distribute, monitor, and analyze my survey data. I would recommend SoGoSurvey to anyone who relies on survey input for their projects or business.

I am a research student completing a thesis and had spent days looking for an affordable, yet streamlined survey tool. My research is on accessibility within a sensitive demographic, so it was important for the survey tools to be compliant with ADA Standards and guarantee anonymity and confidentiality. The ability to Save + Continue Later is a huge selling point given the sensitivity as it allows participants to return later if they so wish. It also allows for printer-friendly versions. The one thing that could further enhance the core survey platform would be to have text-to-speech capabilities and ASL services (either built-within or outsourced) as options for responders to ensure equitable communication and participation. I had a few questions while browsing and to be able to have a live chat with a human was amazing! The chat also allowed me to export the transcript and the site was able to confirm a demo meeting in real-time within 48 hours. While data collection tools are comparable to other survey platforms, SGS' data analytics and summary reports are unbeatable for the price. As a student, I can't appreciate the discount more - but I know that regardless, I would have used the platform for its expansive toolkit alone. I highly recommend it for thesis students!

I started working with SoGoSurvey today since other survey tools are limited in usage for my graduation project. I used to use Qualtrics but the options in SoGoSurvey are better and easier to explore. The tool has an excellent interface, many question types, and many export options with great design possibilities! Highly recommended! The support from SoGoSurvey is also super fast!
