Nice and clean design. The basic account is useless and very impractical. The site is very intransparent about the free courses. To upgrade now, I have to write several reviews.

Our HOA of 39 homes needed input from homeowners about how to update their CC&Rs. Sogosurvey’s platform allowed us to get the input our Board needed in great speed and ease. The site has straightforward navigation, all the tools needed, clear directions, and the support team is immediately responsive and helpful. A very positive experience overall, and in just a matter of two weeks we had all the info needed presented in a professional manner. Highly recommended.

It is a very good tool. When I need to do a questionnaire survey, I found a lot of software that requires payment, but SoGoSurvey is free, which is very friendly for a student. SoGoSurvey also offers a free Plus plan for students, which means the questionnaire can receive more than 200 responses for free. Most importantly, you can ask the online customer service for any questions, which is not available on other websites. Very user friendly.

My experience has so far been very positive. That is because the interface is very easy to learn and use. Both the application and the website are very easy to use, even a person who has never created any kind of surveys can use the application very easily with the help of tutorials and training videos provided by the website, as well as the application. In addition, the variety of options for designing questions, the ability to link answers based on simple logic and aesthetic options make SoGoSurvey a highly recommended option for students and researchers.
