Very disappointed in the customer service of this company. Paid over $250 for festoon lighting and they did even last 9 months. Have sent numerous emails and called, however no reply. Very very disappointing.
Festoon lights do not work. There is no customer service response. Unable to get any response at all from their online chat, email or mobile number. Other reviews confirm this is a common occurrence. Worst customer service.

To start they looked great but within 2 months they didn’t last more than an hour.
Don’t waste your money.
Stay away. Faulty lights globes missing. Contacted them around 10 times. Lights now don not work at all. First reply was that we are sending the globes,then no reply and no assistance. Do not give them your money.
BEWARE - Scam Website. Ordered 2x30m and 2x15m Solar Festoon Lights (Order No. 5949). Received the 2x30m Lights (poor quality and faulty) and did not receive the 2x15m lights. 6 x emails to the business, various social media and website enquires and no response. Tracking information only for the 2x30m lights received. Attempted to get a refund on the missing items only (not inc the faulty ones) via PayPal and through Solace - PayPal was given tracking details (yes half the order was delivered) so cannot proceed. They're social media account on Facebook doesn't allow comments to be seen, should've been a red flag right there. Very litte legitimate reviews to find other than the ones published on their website. Direct quote from the "Director" Zac "If you need anything at all - let us know ASAP, We are here for you, Always, Remember that". No response about charging for products not supplier, out of pocket $140.80, tantamount to fraud. My advice - shop elsewhere and save the money you'll loose and find a better product.
