An Excellent Experience Delivered by a Good Company with Great Staff…
An excellent process from the technical review through answering our many queries and then installing the system in a single day. Eleven Solar panels, string connected. A Solis inverter and a WonderLux battery system all very well connected by very experienced electricians. We love the WonderLux App. Great to now be generating our own electricity. Definitely the way to go.

Companies very much depend on the professionalism, dedication and culture of their staff. In this respect I was very impressed from my very first conversation with the sales team where they answered all my questions promptly right through to the installation, commissioning and office support/finance teams.
Everything happened as planned and I was pleasantly surprised how quick it was to install the panels. The team did not stop and there was a professional pride in what they were doing.
I have only just learned that this is a family owned company which might explain the embedded staff culture which is very difficult to replicate with multinationals

Lovely installers, clear and accurate system quote
I would recommend SolarTherm for solar panels. The quote wasn't the cheapest, but the solution seems the best designed and includes plug sockets that stay live in the event of a power cut. The installers were thorough, charming, neat and tidy, and happy to explain everything. I am very happy with my system - here's hoping it saves me some money on my electricity bills now!

Solar panel installation. The installers were very professional, giving me a full briefing of what they planned to do before they started. I asked for a change to the locations, which after checking with the design team they undertook without any fuss. Clean and tidy after they left. Good job.

The team were delayed by traffic on the M25 but worked flat out all day finishing off in the dark. Great quality and very friendly and helpful team.
Lots of advice and consideration of options and what best suited us.
Looking forward to way lower electricity bills now!

This company were reliable, gave us information when we asked for it. We had advance warning when to expect scaffolders and when the panels would be put up. The panels were put up quite quickly and the people were helpful and considerate. We were pleased with the whole experience and we are benefitting from the electricity produced.

Very friendly, efficient and cost effective company.
Their project management and installation team were slick and very tidy. The scaffolding was erected two days prior and removed four days after.
My Solar PV panels are producing over 10Kw hr per day and I am extremely happy with the fit and finish, thaqnk you Solar Therm!

Fantastic service
From the very first enquiry with Mark, I was impressed as he was so patient with my questions and clear total lack of understanding..we placed the order and were kept upto date with delivery dates, date and time of the scaffolding company.
The scaffolding team were friendly efficient and quick.
The install team arrived as informed, did a quick double check with me about placement of the cables and where would be best for the inverter to be installed.
They were a great bunch, work effectively and cleaned up afterthemselves.
The scaffolding came down within a few days.
Spoke with Ann in finance a couple of times and again awesome customer service.
It's only been 2 weeks since the install but it's all looking good so far.

5kW Solar PV system with 7.2kWh/3.6kW battery
14 panel 5kW Solar PV system has been up and running for 88 days now and 7.2kwH Battery with 3.6kW peak running for 71 days.
Good workmanship quality by the installation team and prompt delivery considering the market shortages at this time.
Install documentation not accurate and could be improved. The site survey missed shading and the fact that an additional 2 panels could have been installed which would make the system better in the winter. These however are minor issues as the G99 DNO approval was achieved in 10 weeks.
Biggest issue the LXP 3600 ACS, this is not up to the Sunday roast or any other meal that requires the use of an induction hob and electric fan oven - not enough power. It also exports energy when it should be charging the battery.
I am also glad that I insisted on 7.2kWh battery and not just 4.8kWh as originally quoted - I am now in the process of procuring a further 2.4kWh.
Overall though we are achieving the savings promised in the contract.

Installation of solar panels very efficient
Installation of solar panels was very efficient and straightforward, so would have given 5 stars. Unfortunately ordered a battery as well and having to wait at least 3 or 4 months for this to be installed is more than disappointing.... Given four stars though as installation was very good. Hopefully November 2022 will yield a battery!

Honest and helpful advice and real help. Spoke to Lilly Bovill at Solar Therm UK this morning and her honest and straightforward advice saved me hundreds of pounds. I was told to ring back if I had any worries or problems. All of this advice and help was free and un biased and I learned more about the system that I had installed years ago in the few minutes I spoke to Lilly this morning than I did from the people that installed my solar panels. I shall always contact them if I have any future worries or concerns and I wish I had used them in the first place. 5 star company.
