I’ve been reading reviews for the SolaWave wand for a while and have seen mostly good reviews. The BOGO Black Friday special was the push to make me try this out. ($200 for a device is more than I would typically spend, and I was a little leery when my order took a bit longer than I expected to process/ship.).

I emailed customer service to follow up on 12/4, and received an incredibly fast response from a customer service rep named Kat, who not only followed up on this, but TRACKED my order until received. One item was missing, and again, she responded almost immediately to get this resolved. Missing order is in the works.

There are lots of start ups that just want to turn a profit, but when the team is 💯 in getting this taken care of, it leaves good marks in my book.

My Solawave wand suddenly stopped working and after unsuccessfully doing all the troubleshooting steps recommended, I reached out to their customer service for help. They were really amazing from the moment I submitted my inquiry until the full resolution of my case (which resulted in replacement wand). They were very communicative and followed up with me throughout the order for my replacement, down to confirming I received it delivered. Why can’t all companies be like this?

I was so impressed with their level of customer care!! Jon assisted me and was so helpful with all my concerns.

I purchased two Solowave wands solely because of the help I received from Nicole in Customer Service. Nicole spent a considerable amount of time on the phone explaining their products. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the skincare market! During our conversation, she mentioned a skincare product (which many don't know about) and happens to be my absolute favorite! It made me value her opinion plus gave me the push I needed to purchase. Solowave is very lucky to have her on their team! She is a true asset!

Solawave's UK site is not in fact based in the UK so, despite the abundant number of emails about their Black Friday offers, when reached checkout suddenly found circa £90 added on for 'shipping'.

Love the wand and indeed the serums that go along with it. Sadly, can't now buy direct from Solawave if they're going to add on extortionate shipping which they then say covers shipping & customs to the UK.

Best Customer Service!!!!! I ordered the mask and wand still waiting for delivery. What can I say Teresa was on top of her game. She went above and beyond to make me happy. She was very fast to answer all my questions. It is my first time ordering from Solawave and was a little scared because I never spent so much on face products but everyone was saying the best things about the mask and wand I was dying to try and the outcome looked great. I will write another review on the products once I receive them.

I LOVE Solawave wand! I've been using this almost every night for about a year. It's so easy to use and relaxing. And I believe it's helping with the fine lines and overall texture and complexion. I'm happy with the results so far. It's also gentle on my sensitive skin.
When my wand broke by gently cleaning one day, the customer service (Mark) reached out to me right away with an offer to send me a replacement. He continued to update me on the replacement order and checked in with me until I received the package. Truly amazing customer service. I would highly recommend the Solawave wand to anyone thinking about trying red light therapy or looking for a way to improve skin.

I haven't been able to use the product yet, BUT had to talk to customer service several times. They were always prompt at calling me back, very kind and uber helpful in resolving my issue. Can't wait to start my Solawave journey!!!

I love using the Solowave wand. I have a vast array of beauty devices which I've gathered, and used consistently, over the years. The small and convenient to use Solowave "packs a big punch!" I've actually given up on some of my other "beauty treatments." They are no longer necessary, as the Solowave addresses so many concerns. And... the customer service is extraordinary!

I'm a week into using my Solawave wand and already feeling a difference. Mostly I'm really impressed with their customer service.

I love using my Solawave. I love the warming and vibration effect. It took me a while to use is routinely, daily, which is best to see results. My friend at dinner one night said my skin was just glowing. The customer service is outstanding! It’s important to ask questions & communicate with them as they will respond promptly with great tips on ensuring you get the most out of their product. I’m in the process of upgrading from my old one and am looking forward to continuing my journey with Solawave!

Brilliant and reliable Customer Service.

Do not hesitate to try this product cause it works. I am 53 years old. My skin looked lifted and the wrinkles lightened up. The result was pretty apparent. It’s super easy to use and if you encounter any problems with using it or have issue with the device, Solawave has an excellent customer service. They will get in touch with you immediately and offer solutions to whatever issues you may have. You may call them by phone or by email. They are very prompt in replying. Solawave makes you feel like a valued customer. At first I was doubtful about this small wand but after trying it, I cannot be without it. It’s worth trying this device. They have a 30 day return policy. But I assure you, you will love it.

This amazing wand does wonders that I did not think possible. But,more than this,the customer service department folks are absolutely caring,kind and inclusive. Any questions I had were answered quickly and kindly. My skin is difficult due to autoimmune conditions,connective tissue disorder and extreme sensitivity.This wand soothes the redness and helps water based skincare,like the solawave serum w blue tansy,into my skin without making it raw or sensitized. Has kept flares at bay as it is gentle,has the power of healing red light and does not pull at skin like other microcurrent/ems or sonic face massagers. It’s priced at a fraction of devices that made my skin flare and thyroid flare. Hands down the best device.If you are considering other “lifting”devices w microcurrent/ems, try this. The red light helps heal and the microcurrent is gentle enough to not leave skin with more issues like broken vessels. For sensitive skin,all ages,this is it. And,wasting money isn’t something anyone can do right now. This delivers better than the more expensive microcurrent without hurting my skin. Trading temporary tightness for capillaries isn’t it. This takes a shorter period of time,can be used with water based serums,delivers red light and microcurrent leaving skin firmer,moisture content higher and skin is soothed. Easy to incorporate into skincare routines. This is the best investment for anyone,but especially for those who want red light therapy and the firming and glow without sensitivity or flare ups.

I have yet to receive my order, but I am very happy with the customer support I received from Teresa. I had trouble with my order so I emailed them, and she responded quickly to help me out. She was friendly, patient and so helpful. Thank you!

I love using my Solawave wand daily and when I realized that I had left my charger behind during a trip I was upset. I contacted customer service and received an immediate reply and an invoice to purchase a replacement. Perfect! Thank you, Teresa!

I ordered a SolaWave wand from a seller on Amazon. I had the wand for 2 months and it quit working, it would not charge. I called SolaWave customer service and spoke to a customer representative . She was extremely pleasant and helpful. Even though I didn’t order directly from SolaWave they were willing to help me. She wanted to make things right and SolaWave is sending a replacement to me. Thank you SolaWave!

I was very sceptical of the claims of Solawave and its customers, but at age 72 I am more than delighted to find that after just 7 or 8 days the fine lines around my eyes and cheeks are much less visible. I'm not giving 5 stars yet, as it's been such a short time, but I have great hopes for the future. Also .. when I had troubles with an online purchase I received a reply and a number of solutions within a few minutes. I only wish Solawave existed in Canada, but apart from the extra shipping costs and longer delivery time, I'm very happy to be able to order from the US.
