Shame I haven’t checked this reviews before placing an order but this is what I’m going to do from now on with everything before I place an order!
I have ordered a dress for my work Christmas due. Looked nothing like the picture, the quality was a joke when I’ve seen the size of the package when it was packed it was 15x15cm big. I thought to myself surely that cant be the dress. How would they fit dress like that in size package like this? Well Ive opened it and it was the dress but it looked nothing like the picture, it was such a poor material and it looked so cheap. Then I knew this was a scam! I’ve packed the dress again and went to post it back. I thought if I contact Jessica she will send me return label and take it off my refund or something like that but no. She responded to my email and sent me an address to post it back to China. I went to the post office and returned the dress, the postage cost me £20 so Ive ended up paying for the dress £75. I can’t believe I’ve fallen for that seriously as Im usually really good with scans like that but her website looked so great and professional. Now when I’m trying to go on the website it says it’s an error and that the website doesn’t exist anymore so I can forget about my refund.
Oh well, all I’d say is KARMA is b*tch and will get them one day and I truly look forward to that :)

This is a scam. Fake advertising and terrible communication. Refusal to give refund in an email that was so hard to decipher that most people would give up.
I bought a bag which is supposed to be leather but it is plastic. The plastic has a small that is so powerful it is probably toxic. The zips are fake and don’t open. It is so badly made and so unlike the description on their website. I asked for a refund but they clearly are not willing to give it. After several emails they asked me to return the bag at my expense and they will not refund that amount. Then they offered a 10% refund. Insulting and disrespectful of consumer rights. I no longer trust thiis company and any PR on their website is spin, untrue. Just a scam. Save your money.

I bought a dress which I saw advertised on Instagram quite a lot which looked stunning. I bought it off Solene Lumiere (a company that looks like it has its HQ in Paris) and what I received looked like the Temu version of it. And what do you see, it’s manufactured in China! When I asked to return it (dress cost me £50), they asked me to send it back, but it costs me £20 to send it back!!! Absolute joke, avoid.
