Terrible!

My coplay I ordered was great, a bit tight but not by much. However the processing time said 7 days. They didn't say that didn't include weekends (I learned that in the email), and it was still 8 days. The whole order didn't change from processing to shipping until I contacted them. I ended up not getting it until after my con was over.

When I contacted them about a return, the woman (Laura) didn't know english well. I'm not going to criticise her on this, I know how difficult it is to learn another language, and I was still able to understand her. When I explained about the processing, she didn't seem to understand and I had to tell her again. We sent emails about it back and forth until I got frustrated and simply asked her what address to send it back to (there were 2 on the package). She ignored me and begged me to understand. It was completely unprofessional. Then she told me that I couldn't send it back. I copied and pasted the return policy into my email. That was when she told me the return address, which wasn't either of the ones on the package. It was too late since I already sent it back. I told her that, and which address I sent it to and she said that it was okay. By then it was already a month. It seems like all the emails were just her way of biding her time so I couldn't return it because it wouldn't be returned within a month. I'm worried that when it gets there, I may not get my money back. I printed out and enclosed my emails to show that I had asked about a return within the month.

If I end up not getting my $90 back, I will definitely leave another review.
