I mean wow, what can I say Emma has been the most helpful person from staff to finish, from the moment I went in the shop and decided between a good 10 samples, nothing was ever too much as no pushy sales which was the best part. I went to a few carpet shops but Solihull carpets made me feel the most looked after. Simon came to fit it for me and he was so professional and kind!

The staff at Solihull carpets were very friendly and so accommodating with what I wanted. It was easy to borrow samples of carpets too. On the fitting day, the lads were punctual, very polite and efficient. Pleased with my carpets and they were a fair price. Would highly recommend.

From beginning to end, Shirley Carpets provided a first class service. Peter was extremely helpful and offered us advice and guidance on the type of carpet suitable for our landing and stairs and the carpet was fitted within a couple of weeks. The carpet fitters were outstanding and did an excellent job fitting the carpet which was quite involved. They were helpful and courteous, clearing everything up and leaving the house clean and tidy. The whole service we have received has been absolutely excellent. We couldn’t praise them enough and will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends and family.

Following a recent house refurbishment, we were looking to have the whole house carpeted.
We found these guys and are so glad we did.
From the outset they were such a friendly team. Helpful, knowledgable, professional and very patient with us. Nothing was too much trouble.

I have dealt with carpet companies and fitters a few hundred times. I am a qualified building project manager. These people are reliable, empathic, skilful and my whole experience was quite amazing. What brilliant service. I cannot recommend them high enough.

From the original quote to completion of the job, Solihull carpets were excellent. We needed help with the bed and all the old carpet taken up and removed. Everything was completed as expected. We needed one door changed with the new carpet and a contact was provided who came the next day. I could not have been more pleased and would highly recommend them.
