i ordered form here at the start of november, they claim to have sent the item and it has not been received. emails and requests for refund have been ignored continuesly. they take your money instantly but item is not sent, complaints are ignored.

My son ordered from this company nearly 2 months ago and still has not received the hoodie. Status says awaiting fulfilment…. Fulfilment from WHO! Money was taken straight away. Have emailed and in chat box, no replies. There should be a law against this, these little companies who want to be in the “Brand”big league taking peoples money knowing they have no stock is appalling!
