Great and efficient service
I had Naomi Walsh as my agent and she was very helpful and friendly! Mastercard payments were down and I had no alternative means of payment, but Naomi was super responsive and worked with me to set up an invoice so I could continue with my order the same day.

Feels like a scam.
Feels like a scam.
Ordered some posters for an event. Was given a delivery date and a price based on this delivery date.
Solo press failed to print and dispatch the order on time. When I phoned to chase this the person on the phone spent a lot of time trying to convince me to not cancel the order and sign off the artwork even though the deadline for delivery had passed. I explained they were less use to me now as I had little time to put the posters up and certainly wouldn’t be proceeding at the price agreed for the delivery date they missed.
The agent agreed to a 50% reduction if I accepted the order which has never been refunded. Have tried to phone but when you eventually get through they cut you off.
Big promises zero ability to deliver and on top of that scummy behaviour of staff to get orders which would have otherwise been cancelled. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I had bought two signs that were firstly affordable but great quality! There was a minor issue where an eyelet was missing which was instantly resolved by the customer resolution manager, Jess, who got the issue resolved in such a short time frame!

Solo Press are always great. On time, inexpensive, and beautiful print work. Darcy and Emily were really helpful by email and chat (I thought it was a bot, but it was a very helpful real woman!). My client will be very happy wth their 60-page full-colour annual report.

Great service, fast, efficient and easy to use. I only ever had one issue with their products, and it was resolved by Jess in customer support faster than I could reasonaly expected.
