Convenient pick up with shuttle service, got the 9-seater bus we opted for, everything worked and bus was clean. Any body damage visible was reported before us and the rental company was aware of them during return check.

Reasonable
The car interior was just roughly cleaned, there were bread crumbs in the hand brake area. The car exterior was also dusty but I do not complain it due to possible weather conditions. I am still waiting for the invoice, I have already specified invoicing address by mail before car return. The lady during car pick up was very friendly and kind and helpful.

We had filled up the car 15min before…
We had filled up the car 15min before returning it back as the previous time we could not find a petrol station near to the airport. Solo rental penalised us as we had used up €15 worth of fuel. They added their on service charge on top which is a joke! None of this was even mentioned when they checked the car during handover. I will not be using them again

Our fuel policy is based on a like-for-like return, meaning the vehicle should be returned at the same fuel level as provided. Even small differences can result in a charge, which includes both the missing fuel and a service fee, as outlined in the rental terms.
That said, we understand that finding a petrol station near the airport can sometimes be inconvenient, and we’ll take your comment into account to improve how we explain this during handover.
