Haven’t purchased as I’ve reached out to them multiple times throughout the year to ask about sizing and many of their promotions and they never replied. I usually don’t review brands that I haven’t bought something from before but there have been so many occasions when I’ve tried to contact this brand that I thought it was worth letting others know to be prepared for the poor quality of customer service. I tried emailing them from multiple different email addresses to make sure it wasn’t just my email that wasn’t working but nothing - no response. I checked spam and my bin box as well. I keep getting marketing emails from them though so I know they’re able to respond. They run a bunch of promotions and I’ve participated in a bunch of them (where they ask you to do things like “like our Instagram” or “comment on our post” to win things or for a discount code). For one example, they promised a $50 voucher for completing a task and I did the task yet never received the voucher (or any of the other rewards promised). They also have a concerning returns policy.

EDIT: In response to the reply, is the email for this brand “info(at)somerfieldswim.com” and the brand name “Somerfield Swim by Renee Somerfield” based in NSW? This is the email address that sent me the promotional emails so just want to make sure it’s not a phishing scam.

Love the product! Quality of material is exactly what you want in swimwear. I feel supported with my 12DD size too which is a rare find. The customer service and exchange process, as I initially got the sizing wrong, was exceptional. Thankyou.

Amazing swimsuits! I ordered one for a trip to Mexico, and as soon as I came back I had to get another one! Such great quality and they look so adorable on!

Amazing bikinis and excellent customer service. I reached out to the team as I needed the bikinis urgently for a photo shoot. They promptly replied and made sure my order was sent quickly and it arrived the next day. I’m absolutely in love with the bikinis, the fit and quality are great. Can’t recommend highly enough! Will shop again :-)

I just recieved my first order from Somerfield Swim. I have hated buying bathers lately, I’m nearing 50 my body has changed and nothing looks good anymore : it’s so risky buying online and I was adamant that I would have to return my order. OMG!!! How good are their swimsuits! I actually felt so good as soon as I put them on, they were flattering in every way the look and feel amazing !! I’m actually going to feel confident hitting the beach this summer , I really can’t wait to add to my collection.

Amazing bikinis! I have 6 pairs and the quality is better than any other brand I've purchased. Fit is incredible and the fabric is super high quality.

Received my order yesterday and it was better than expected. Super nice quality and fast shipping. Will be back!

Dont order! Really bad Customer service. They do not refund the money in case you send the items back but only give you a voucher card. Additionaly you also have to pay "importtaxes" on the product since they come from australia.

This company has the most horrible fitting designs and rudest service! I had a top that made my boobs look like testicles hanging out the middle or bulging out the sides!? It was absolutely horrendous! I sent an email asking nicely if I could swap it over because it wasn't the right fit for me and they refused, so I emailed again and blocked me from their sites!? These guys should not be in business if they are going to provide such a rude service and crappy designs!

Both times I bought Swimwear the wire for the tops has perforated through, the first top I used three times and I enquired just to be told there’s nothing they can do and it’s because I washed it?? and the second top I bought recently I wore once and the wire broke through. Definitely won’t be buying from them again.

I’m concerned that this website is a scam. I ordered a bikini top 3 weeks ago. It first told me that it would be here on the 18th, then the delivery date changed to today. The app says it’ll be delivered today, but it’s currently in GA???? I live in KY. The area that it’s in is 6 hours away from my state. They won’t email me back either

Return shipping isn’t covered so if you don’t like something you’re forking the bill to return it.
You also won’t get a refund, just store credit, so you’ll have to pay for shipping all over again.
The size chart is inaccurate and there is no consistency in sizing across colours of the same item.
Size up in bottoms but size down in tops. The actual material, unless patterned, is fairly see through. Not because it’s thin but just the type of material I guess? The bottoms hug in all the wrong places if you get my drift.
The items came quickly so I was able to see how much I hated them within a couple of days of ordering so that was good I guess.
Quality is absolutely not worth the price. I’ve been happier with a $6 pair I bought off some cheap website a few years ago.

Underwire sizes are impossible to get right especially if they don’t offer refunds to try on. I ordered a top that was so ill fitting and can only get a credit. This credit would be enough to purchase another top and postage, except you have to pay out of pocket for postage. I simply can’t risk getting another top that does not fit I’ve already paid postage and paid return and I refuse to pay another postage and lose my credit. I emailed 2 weeks ago for a refund instead and no reply :(

If I could give 0 star I would… this company is a scam!! Don’t buy from them. If I dosent fit you they only do an exchange but you have to pay the delivery to send it back AND to get the new size. Plus the quality is not there.. and customer service sucks !
