I bought tickets to Seurat almd the Sea and I was ill and could not go. You cannot get through to the box office because my husband would go but would be later than the ticket time and wanted to confirm it would be okay. I don't think I will be going to this gallery in the best future
I bought some tickets for Photo London in advance and then had to reschedule the tickets. I contacted Photo London roughly 4 weeks before the event and then the ticket line of Somerset House. No one told me on the phone that it was impossible to get a refund or exchange the tickets. They got me to call someone else or email someone else. I did finally email the address I was given, and no one replied. Total lack of flexibility and lies from the person at the ticket office (Cameron) who told me I could get an exchange if I went all the way to Somerset House directly. I would recommend not to book tickets in advance or not to take any tickets at all. Total lack of flexibility.
