ONE ONE⁸² order 3 items from this vendor. It took almost 8 weeks to get. Scam like everyone else has stated. The pictures were of these cute dresses and of course after waiting nearly 2 months to receive the clothes, they were nothing like the picture and very bad quality.I have attempted to contact them for a return because they do state you can return things within 30 days. I have received a couple of emails asking questions but no return mail authorization or anything.i went online and did investigation about this company and i found their help number which is i was able to get in touch with this company customer service my attempted was sucessful this time they giude me to return this dress and i got my order amount back as well ". If I could give 0 stars I would! This is a scam company. They will give you a product but it is NOTHING as it appears in their catalog and THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY! They will try to give you a 10th of it. They will not have a legit mailing address either to send back clothes

My personal experience. I ordered several items through a Facebook ad. It took 2 months to receive. Clothes are poorly made and don’t contain any care tags in them. The size is way off from their size chart. Unable to return for refund despite published policy. They will offer to “compensate” you for a low dollar amount and tell you to keep the clothes. If you purchased via pay pal and open a dispute , Sommez will refuse to offer refund until after you close the dispute. They will tell you they can’t issue a refund with open dispute. Pay pal’s own policy advises not closing the dispute until after partial refund or refund is received. Once it’s closed it can’t be reopened and you get nothing. Sommez will tell you they have attempted to issue credits and receive error then insist they can’t issue refund until after dispute is closed. I have been going back and forth with this customer service for months- first about the delays and most recently about the partial refund I was told I would receive. I still have not had a credit issued and customer service continues to insist that I close the pay pal dispute in order to receive the partial refund. This is in direct conflict with pay pal’s own direction not to. It has been a terrible experience and I can’t recommend buying from them. To date, pay pal has this case under review. I’ve already had to appeal it with them as well.

I order 3 items from this vendor. It took almost 8 weeks to get. I asked to return the items and was offered$11 for an order that was over $100.
Never will I order anything from this vendor again.

I’m really happy with my purchases! I bought a couple of dresses and love them so much and get a lot of compliments on them. I ordered another round of items and also very satisfied. I am ordering one more dress now because they are so easy to wear and flattering. I typically wear a medium and they fit great.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Took almost 8 weeks to receive my package unfortunately the clothes were too tight around my chest area. When I contacted customer service they told me they cannot refund you the sizing

All items look exactly like the pictures. I was worried this was a scam site and it is not. The sizing will take some getting used to but over all extremely satisfied

Loved the dress. Perfect fit, color is a vibrant rich green. The fabric is nice too, not too heavy, but not flimsy either. Good weight for warm weather. I’d like to buy the same dress in other colors. It’s super cute on.

Love the dress, but it arrived too late for the event I had planned on wearing it to.

Dresses were a nice material and fit. Sizing was a bit difficult, but always is when buying online. I ended up purchasing a bit too small. I only give 4 stars because of the length of time of for shipping. approx 5 weeks from time of order.

Sketchy company -- Buyer beware!

Clothes took a month to arrive and look nothing like picture. Now they are trying to ignore me when I am attempting to return. They also tried offering me a $10 credit on a $120 order. Do not buy from them!

This company is a scam. After a few months I finally got the clothing I ordered but it looks and fits nothing like the picture. The quality of material is really cheap and poorly made. I'm getting ridiculous replies from customer service which is clearly giving me the runaround so that I can't make it return. Do not order from this company.

6/4 update: They are trying to negotiate a paltry offer for me to keep the clothes. The first email asked if I would keep them for $10 USD. The second email asked if I would keep them for $18 USD. The third email (yes, this is no lie) asked if I would keep them for $25 USD. I told them the quality was horrible and not as advertised and that I wouldn't negotitate to get my money back from a disreputable company. Still have the rags in a bag and waiting for the return label which will likely never be sent. Stay tuned!

5/24 update: I received the items. Quality is really bad. Cotton blend has no cotton. Dye lot is bleeding on one dress and the other has no proper hem.
I emailed them to return. They requested photos to prove my claims. I sent them. Stay tuned.

Scam. Shipping label created but never sent. Tried to contact customer service. No reply. Am going to file claim with my credit card company.

This company is a scam. Weeks have gone by with no merchandise shipped and a bunch of lies from them. I’m going to pursue finding out how I can report them.

Cheap clothing! Not what I expected. Took forever to arrive too.

This site screams of scam to me. I ordered 4 dresses almost TWO months ago and all I’ve seen is that a “shipping label has been created” but NOTHING has been sent. There has to be a way to report these scam sites to the FTC. They are stealing people's money daily.
